Best damn pizza in Hamilton, and the garlic/spicy dipping sauce, I could drink it, it's so good! Keep up the great pizza!
Listen people of Hamilton this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever endured while living in this beautiful country of ours the male person who answers the phone calls is ridiculously rude sounds like there’s something up his you know what so I decided to go in person I step in the pizza shop it had a very smelly fishy scent to it at that point I didn’t waste my time I left the facility health inspections should immediately visit this Location i’m a restaurant guy I order a lot I know what I’m talking about bad energy overall my food needs to be made by pleasant people not angry upset individual.
Great pizza, wings were made just the way I like it! Only gave 4 stars because they don’t have fries here!! Definitely will order from here again.
Pizza is good but customer service isn't great. We were hurried off the phone while trying to order. Rudely told he didn't have time for this. Unfortunate because this has always been a favourite place of mine since high school.
Let me tell you about this pie. Our go-to order is a shawarma and cheese and it is heavenly. I think what makes Original Pizza stand out from the rest is the quality cheese. You can taste the difference and I can't beleive that anyone would order pizza from anywhere else.There is a Domino's near this location that we used to order from but we quickly learned the error of our ways. We only ever order from Original Pizza and from Alfredos on fennel now. Original Pizza doesn't over do it on the tomato sauce (and so this pizza never gives me heartburn) and instead they give you quality cheese and toppings and that is what makes them our favourite.
Worst deep dish pizza..$60 for deep dish crust asked for bacon and got sausage..mistakes happen but when I called the lady started freaking out n kept hanging up..IN RESPONSE TO YOUR BELOW COMMENTS, FIRST OFF YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT BEFORE ACCUSING ME OF ANYTHING..I DID NOT COME INTO YOUR STORE ..I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND SOME WOMEN RANTED TO THE POINT I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HER AND SHE KEPT HANGING UP ON ME..OUR COMPANY WHO WAS HERE AND THE ONES PAYING FOR IT CAME TO YOUR STORE..AS FOR WHAT TRANSPIRED I CANT SAY SINCE I WAS NOT THERE BUT IM SURE IT DID NOT GO THE WAY YOU SAY IT DID..YES WINGS WERE ORDERED BUT THE POINT WAS IT WAS NOT DEEP DISH AT ALL..AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED, AND IN TALKING TO PEOPLE ABOUT THAT NIGHT IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCED BAD FEEDBACK FOR COMPLAINING TO YOUR STORE , SO PLEASE KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT BEFORE ACCUSING ME OF SUCH THINGS..HAVE A GREAT DAY YOURSELF
I've been ordering from here for years now but never again. Ordered the deep dish combo and it came with the wrong ingredients and it wasn't deep dish it was just dry crust that wasso chewy that I couldn't even bite through it. I called to let them know and the lady on the phone started screaming at me for no reason saying that I'm nuts and they never mess up an order and then hung up on me. I wasn't able to say a word to her, so I tried to call back and she really lost it. She was screaming so bad that I couldn't understand her, but I'm pretty sure that she threatened me and said she knows where I live and that I can go there and see what happens. I've never heard anyone in customer service ever act so horrible in my life. If this is how they want to treat the customer then they should just close the doors forever! One star. No - 5 stars
Pizza is good and the family is good. Their new hire is incompetent and rude to boot.Ordered a pickup and arrived, told the new hire my name for pickup and he told me 15 minutes, thankfully another employee asked me my order and it was already done.Just called an order for pick up again trying to ask about prices and the pickup special and I'm assuming the new guy because I've never had him take my order was very rude and interrupting. I asked how much toppings were and he said he didn't know what i was talking about and kurtly told me to just place the order.I've had lovely experiences prior, with the original employees. This experience was so off putting and way out of line I was compelled to write this review while I'm waiting for my order.He was so rude I won't be back, and I live across the road. I'd rather inconvenience myself than be disrespected like that.
We tried Original Pizza for the first time this evening. It was THE BEST pizza that we have had in years. It reminds us of the fabulous home town, family run Pizzarias of our youth. KUDOS to the owners and staff of Original Pizza! Thank you for a delicious dinner. ?
No parking available, store front was filty diftty. Walked in for an OG slice and was told it would be a 40min wait? Are you kidding me? 40mins when you have an oven that bakes the pizza in 15? I realize there are call in orders however they lost out on my $20 and any further business from me.
