Best tapioca I've ever had. I particularly love the brown sugar tapioca/boba with either the oolong milk tea or the taro milk tea. I'd you've never tried tapioca, go here it's amazing.
They need to clean the front end of their store, was kinda grossed out by seeing this and it’s the only part of the store that need to be cleaned either. The drink was good at least.Photo taken 2/22/2022
Weird experience inside. I walked in and the place was empty. It kind of looking like they were mid renovation, or closing down.I knocked on the desk and called out a few times. After a few minutes, someone came out to help. The teas were good, but not stellar. We'd go there again if all other bubble tea places were closed (like today), but it is not a preferred place.
they‘ve got variety of different flavors of tapioca which other milktea shops don't have… i have been drinking here for 3years and never got disappointed！try their merona milktea in the hidden menu，it is sooo goood！wish the rose tapioca will be back soon！
Strawberry mochi milk tea was amazing! The sugar is fixed but it's not sweet at all. The jasmine tea really comes through and the mochi adds a nice creamy texture. Also I got a medium but was served a large by accident. Lol not complaining. You can't add extra toppings into it though which doesn't make sense to me.On the other hand, the brown sugar soy milk was very disappointing. There was no brown sugar flavour. Just tasted like bland soy milk with regular tapioca. The staff were friendly and patient as I decided what to get. The guy making fresh tapioca looked a little moody but I understand, it was super hot in there. Overall I still like Onezo as a whole so I might come back.

Absolutely terrible experience. They ran out of tapioca and didnt bother to tell me till after I got my “bubble tea” even though it was just tea. Tasted terrible and overpriced.
Called @ 9:45. Spoke to a girl, told her i was on my way, was at the front door exactly at 9:55 to a closed sign and them counting the till. Courtesy is king here!
This was really yummy Bubble Tea with unique tapioca! We ordered Mango slush, Taro slush and one of the specials- Strawberry with sweet thick condensed milk/cream and smashed strawberry. Customized our drinks to less sugar and less milk. The tapioca too was so good. We loved our drinks and the customer service was great. tThe cafe was nice and was clean, although no dine-in of course right now. Would like to go back here.
Haven't had the best experiences here. The first time I ordered was through skipthedishes and they didn't have the tapioca I ordered so they replaced it with a jelly without contacting me first but I shrugged that off because I at least had a replacement. I came in today and ordered the strawberry festival mochi drink with purple tapioca. I paid extra to add that tapioca but it wasn't added to my drink. I didn't notice there was no tapioca until I got home to try the drink. Not very happy but I understand why others may find this place appealing.
