Ordered the first time and it did not disappoint. ? Customer service was super friendly and arrived exactly on time. Pizza was the PERFECT ratio of soft and crunchy, toppings were fresh, garlic dip was ?Definitely will order again.

We ordered 3 pizzas for my sons birthday. I asked for pineapple on 1 instead I got pepperoni. I called to advise that tere was an error in 1 of the pies and that 2 slices werr eaten by the hungry children before me(the adult) noticed it was wrong. I was told they weren't sure if I ordered pepperoni by mistake because their notes said pepperoni...... I said okayyy maybe the order was taken by mistake??!! . But besides the point im the customer who just sepnd $75.00 and I want the pizza corrected, even offered to pick it up. They told me to bring the pizza back. I let them know a child ate 2 slices. They told me since 2 slices were eaten i couldn't get a remake only a 5 credit! For 2 slices eaten! I explained that was ridiculous and i dont want a credit as I wont be eating from their establishment again since their customer service skills are terrible and pizza sub par. They yelled at me, told me ita not their fault I don't know how to order pizza and hung up on me.First time customer, LAST TIME CUSTOMER!!!PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. FAR better pizza places who treat their customers with respect annnnnd more importantly the pizza tastes better!!!
This is our second time having their pizza and wings. Enjoyed both very much. I highly recommend.
Just tryed your pizza for the first time at dart night due to a recommendation from another friend. I will say. I really enjoyed it and would definitely make you guys our goto place as we live right down the road.

We have been using Niva Pizza for 16 years. It is this family of five’s favorite pizza. When we eat other pizza we always say “it isn’t as good as Niva!” Just great classic pizza.
