Came here a few days ago after having a horrible experience at bar burrito just down the street, the employee was so nice and kind and generous, will definitely be coming back to this location :)
Ordered 2 regular chicken burritos and 2 drinks, the servings were "tiny" (not small), the girl working there wasn't even using the measuring scoops, she was using a fork. I asked for some chickpeas, she littlerly grabbed 8 -9 chickpeas ?. Overall the burrito was good, the chicken was really soft, but if someone is Paying $12 for a burrito please put some good amount of toppings on it. """Note to owner"" - please don't say that your serving size are according to the company guidelines ??, they are not, I have been to other locations in Hamilton and I can tell the difference.
Hello.I did called at 9.43pm.Closing time is at 10pm.Sherry received the call and said me no to make a burrito...I also asked him his owner name. He replied saying owner name is vishal bhai.But looks like he didnt care. About the customer service.If the closing time is 10pm. Why cant they make food at 9.45.pm.Looks like employees dont care about customer and they just care about their closing time.
The only positive was that the little portions we did get, tasted good.The customer service was terrible, the worker was almost annoyed that we were there. She literally rolled her eyes at us when we ordered one extra item! We were the only ones in the store so she wasnt jammed with customers to help!Very rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location.
Portions always seem smaller here, and the staff is more concerned with upsells than order accuracy. If you’re craving Mucho, head over to the upper James location and the difference is very noticeable . A little bit of care goes a long way.
Not a proper quantity for food..Using fork for making burrito. No standard scoope for different size of burrito size.
I ordered from Uber Eats a Steak Burrito with burrito sauce, sour cream, avocado, black beans and 3 additional toppings and all I got was steak and rice... I understand if you forget one thing.. but how do you forget everything?I'll be ordering some where else now.
Great burritos! Best mucho in the city. I like how they always have fresh toppings no matter what time I come in. Great service.
So I ordered a burrito two days ago. It tasted so bad, cold, rice was too mushy and other toppings weren’t fresh at all. On top of that i found a hair in my food that i almost threw up. I was very upset as i was waiting for my food eagerly but what I received was totally awful.
Good food and very friendly service. I particularly appreciated that the employee let me try a few different hot sauces.
