I have been a longtime consumer of this pizza. Always thought it was a great solution to large family dinners. We were so excited to try the Steeltown Chow pizza and we usually order our pizza well done. After we drive across the mountain to pick it up we got home to find out the middle of the pizza was burnt so badly you couldn’t bite through it. The pizza seemed promising so abound asking for them to burn it for you (well done). They also skimp in wings and don’t bother complaining if you’re unhappy. These guys gave me the run around for a week and never refunded the order the way they promised, twice. It is what it is when you pick up a giant pizza from Mister Grande. Too bad the prices have gone up and the quality hasn’t. Disappointing.
Usually love this pizza, and was very excited to try this steeltown pizza. I was very disappointed when I came home and saw it burnt to a crisp. When I called I spoke to someone and they asked me what I wanted to do about it. Which I thought was pretty rude. I expected better customer service than this. Doubt I’ll be back eating this again.
Extremely overpriced!I ordered 2 medium pizzas with 4 toppings total, 3 dipping sauces, plus 32 wings..The wings were good but the pizzas were over done.But all that aside, my total with delivery came to $115.82…Really?Im a long time customer but when prices gets this out of hand, its just not worth it anymore:(Also, when i asked for extra sauce on both pizzas i did not want it in containers, i wanted it ON my pizza.
Very disapponted in the delivery of my pizza this afternoon.Driver arrived without the appropriate payment options(debit/visa device)The when i paid cash for 42.09 pizza, gave him $50.00 and he only gave me $5.00 in return saying that was the correct change. It's up to me to give a tip not for him sto assume it when the pizza took 1 hour and 15minutes to arrive.
I tried their pizza for the first time last year because so many people were raving about how delicious it was. Honestly, I felt it was mediocre and nothing was special about it. I tried the chicken shawarma pizza, the pizza thats like a "Big Mac", and pepperoni pizza. Nothing stood out to me, it was good, but not great. The staff was kind though!
We have a large family, so we use their large pizza. It's the only place where we have leftovers.
You use to be able to order just subs. Tried to order 3 subs with extra toppings and two 2 litre bottles of pop which normally came to around $37 mark. The min delivery is $25 . I could order 1 small pizza so I'm a little confused to what the issue with the order I wanted to place is since a small pizza is just short in cost to the order I wanted to place. I've since switched to a company that doesn't force you to order more then what you wantLook at my order history on your computer you have 6430 airport
I’ve had this pizza a few times. Honestly I can’t recommend it, we love pizza but both times we got the grande it just wasn’t cooked all the way through, way too much sauce in certain places and some parts were soggy especially the taco pizza. Our friends also pizza lovers got sick of it pretty soon.
My family and I love their pizza. They are pretty much our go to place to order for family events and the owner is super friendly and makes sure the order is right and the quality on point. Thanks for never letting us down:)
Had their extra large pizza. Four types of toppings, generous ingredients right to the very edge. Totally delicious. Perfect for a party.
