I live in Kitchener and my boy friend lives here in Hamilton, 2 year's ago he took me here for the first time and my god they have the best Chinese food I ever had, customer service is excellent, there restaurant is absolutely very clean, I would recommend everyone to come to this restaurant, I will always be a customer to this restaurant,
I love the food here and the staff are always kind. Large portions last multiple meals for me! I come back often for my favorite crab cheese wontons.
Love the food here BUT I went to order and was talked to very rude so I ended up cancelling :( . I was looking forward to my meal but if they treat people bad how are they going treat the food your about to eat ? Hope they can fix the customer service.
This place has great good! However, the customer service is very poor. They’re very unprofessional, impatient and if you have a question they scream at you. If you can put up with their bad attitude, by all means eat there. Won’t be eating there again.
After not coming to Mr.Dumpling since the pandemic. My husband and I decided to go and order from them. They have bubble tea advertised and when asked if my combo could be upgrade from a reg soda can to a bubble tea I am told they cant do that. I ask if they have bubble tea and they tell me no but I notice they have the powder to make the bubble teas. My husband asks for a side order of pork and we are not told that they cant do side orders in a polite manner. Wow has the customer service from this place went down since the pandemic. Will not be coming back again.
I got the The general tso chicken with fried rice . It was very badly put together, they just stick these huge pieces of chicken with not much sauce or seasoning. The rice doesn't even seem like rice its more like couscous. Much better places out there to spend your money on

I highly recommend this restaurant. The old lady that works at the back is comparable to Yoda to a certain degree. They have the best steamed shrimp dumplings around. Their menu is reasonably priced as well.
I just came across this place last night, ordered, it was amazingly good! Everything I ordered was delicious the whole family loved it! I highly recommend this place! The best Chinese food hands down!
