This place’s food is amazing. Always enjoy it when I come here. But there’s never more than 1 employee working here and they are slow. Having to wait over 40 minutes every time is frankly super annoying. Please hire more staff. There are always line ups, so it’s not like business isn’t thriving.Also, despite all the reviews in regards to the hair being found in the food. They refuse to have employees wear any form of a hair net.
Food is good but the tipping is annoying. I just want to swipe my card and go. Don't force me to read the screen and deal with the tipping section. You're not carrying my food and serving me at a table. You need two employees behind the counter to be more efficient. One person both cooking and taking money is too slow. Certainly doesn't deserve a tip when you're purposely slowing me down by only using one employee. There's no where to sit while we're waiting. Don't yell at me across the room to ask my order when we both know you're just going to make me repeat it again when you get to putting it together later. You're just doing your job. Exactly what am I tipping for?
((Hygiene issue)) We bought a shawarma wrap today and found hair in it (see picture). The taste of the food was good but seeing a hair in your food is disgusting. Please improve clealiness and have your staff wear a hair net.
Orderd a chicken shawarma poutine. Sat on the bus for an hour excited to get home to eat. Only to find out there is no cheese on my poutine.... If you don't have cheese you should have told me, I would have gotten a shawarma wrap instead....
When I lived here I discovered this hidden gem… Every time I’m here, I come back. I’m plain i get chicken and rice with onion with lots of white sauce and some hot sauce, THE BEST. Always love seeing my little lady she’s always smiling (well she used too now I can’t see). Welcoming, friendly and delicious food. Sometimes I get a salad and that’s good too.Highly recommend.
First time there it was alright chicken does taste like tuna fish lol they put lots of water on chicken makes it mushy falafels were ok probably won't be eating there again lady was nice osmow's is way better and there is dirty looking oven over the grill and steam from chicken is going on the cooked chicken nasty
Clearly pays no attention to what was ordered and then refuses a refund when asked about the issue. Garbage service. Was hung up on when I offered to drive down and show them the error so they could refund me. Could not say enough about how little these people know about customer service. Joke of an establishment
The falafel shawarma is to die for! I love their sauces as well. Luckily they sell their garlic and hot sauce. Chicken and rice is great too!
