First time back to the Stoney Creek location since all the COVID restrictions. Food was excellent - everything thing we had was super tasty! The cashew chicken lettuce wraps are AMAZING. Thank you Mariam for the wonderful service and beautiful smile.
We decided to come to Moxies for Happy Hour as their menu looked appealing and they had $5 high balls. So we ordered two rounds of G&Ts off the happy hour menu and then also ordered fries. The drinks were well made but did take time to arrive. However the fries were cold and tasted stale. We were definitely not impressed with the food.Once our server, Mallory, brought the bills we noticed she charged us full price for all our drinks rather than the $5 happy hour prices. I asked Mallory why we were charged full price for the high balls and she went back to check.She comes back and only changed the price of one of the drinks and claimed that the G&Ts were not apart of the happy hour highballs. We asked her what are high balls then. It was obvious she wasn't sure of the answer but decided to ramble off. She advised us "a high ball is a gin & tonic that has a premium gin in it without the leaves." We were thrown off by this clueless server that we just paid and left.Their happy hour menu is good but the servers need to be trained on what they sell and should know to charge the right prices.It was a disappointment- will not be revisting this location.
Came here with my wife today for the first time since moving to Stoney Creek, and had a great time. We had some Parm Fries and calamari w/ shrimp, and enjoyed our food. Our server Rhiannon took great care of us. Always made sure we had everything we needed. Will be back again in the future.
Love this restaurant! It's beautiful inside, has great staff and excellent food & drinks! Love the music on Friday nights, or the quiet dining vibe on week nights.Staff are really friendly and it's always nice and clean. One of my faves in Hamilton for sure!
After being on the road for 3 days and finishing a grueling day, I expected to be shunned for wearing dirty clothes and being quite dirty myself.I was treated so absolutely amazing by the staff. I watched their interaction with other customers and there was no difference in the way they treated me, regardless of my appearance.The food was simply amazing. Everything was cooked to a very high standard indeed.For a wonderful atmosphere and superb meal I highly recommend this location.A special nod of appreciation to Rachel for her professional and friendly approach.

Jess B was amazing. Our drinks and dinner were served quickly and correct. Jess visited our table and asked a couple of times to make sure everything was good. We asked for more Nacho chip to finish up our guacamole and had them in less than a minute. Great food and amazing service. Thanks Jess B ❤️
We had an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. The service (Jess B) was amazing - she knew exactly how to treat us and when to check in. The food was amazing - fresh, tasty and served hot. The ribs fell off the bone and were perfectly sauced, the steak perfectly cooked - and the desserts!!! OMG - try the cheesecake and the key lime pie!!! We will be back for sure and we will be bringing friends and family. A perfect casual night out. Thanks Moxies for a great finish to a frantic day!!!!
First time being at this location and probably that last. It wasn’t a terrible experience but not great. To start our server couldn’t accurately say what the drink specials were when asked. I assumed she may be newer which was forgivable but gave me little confidence to order a special, which I didn’t. I ordered a glass of wine and my boyfriend a beer. That took 20mins. We were told the bar is backed up but still we have very simple drinks that required no effort and to me this could have be fulfilled at a more reasonable time. I am also not exaggerating the time as we got and finish our appetizer before our drinks came.The food was fine although our meals were not quite hot. We didn’t say anything as they were clearly very busy and it was passable just could have been better.Overall a $100 meal for 2 just felt like an expensive chain restaurant experience.
