We had chicken wings that were delicious, a good size and not greasy like some places. But the best part of our visit was our server Ryan. He was an absolute delight! So friendly, and attentive. In this business service is everything and he takes the cake! We will definitely be going back.
Ordered from Skip the Dishes. I was missing a item so i called restaurant to inform them. I wasn't expecting a replacement since i ordered from a 3rd party but i wanted them to be aware since they took my money.I called restaurant to speak to them, but their automated system hung up on me.Edit: customer service called me and I was very impressed with how they handled this. 5 stars!

Good and a bad review.The positive was our experience with our server Ryan. He is an absolute professional. Genuinely cares about his job, customer service, and holding himself to a certain standard. Cannot be more happier with Ryan. The industry needs more like him!Negative. The ladies at the front desk (the hostesses). There were 4 of them gathered together, who couldn’t be bothered to smile and even say hello when my girlfriend and I walked in. Instead, they said “table for 2?” With a horrible look on their face as if we just interrupted their middle school sleepover gossip. Horrible attitude. Luckily Ryan saved the day and made the experience more than worth it. Whoever those ladies were, need to get their s*** straight. Not acceptable
Wow, just Wow! This was an amazing experience, here at the Montana's Upper James location! I was so impressed by the great energy and fast paced service I received by the staff! Great food, wonderful customer service and beautiful night, all thanks to the lovely staff they had working! It truly made our dinner that much better, to enjoy a great conversation with our server as well!
The food was good. We accidentally spilled two drinks. We were a party of eight. The waitress was there both times and didn't even ask if we wanted new drinks (I don't expect them for free. But I would still like a replacement) she also didn't offer us napkins to help clean up. We had to call her back and ask for some. She just stood there and laughed.It took them til we were half done our meal to bring crayons for the kids.Not impressed.
What a wonderful experience! I was so taken back to receive such great service and by such a welcoming staff! The food was amazing, the steak was cooked to perfection and the mashed potatoes were perfectly fluffy and buttery.
We ordered from the Hamilton Mountain Montana’s through Skip the Dishes and were sorely disappointed in our $100+ meal.My partner and I ordered rare steaks and they came well-done and so tough they were difficult to digest. I ordered a side caesar salad and it was not included in my order. My partner ordered a loaded potato that came dry and shrivelled up.My son ordered the pulled pork sandwich which was lacking in sauce and flavour. The only redeeming aspect of the meal was my youngest son’s chicken strips, which were adequate.Had we been at the restaurant, I would have sent 3 out of 4 meals back to the kitchen. But you can’t blame the delivery service for poorly cooked, low-quality food.
Friendly service and the food is always good. We ordered the Buffalo chicken and grilled chicken salad. Everything came out fresh and delish.
