Very bad experience we had there, almost everything we asked for didn’t come, we did server charcoal for shisha they never changed it for us even due we asked them, we asked for some sweet after one hour of waiting they said they don’t have it. Overall was bad experience I hope they improve it. Also the music it so loud.
This is the best shisha place around! Arif and the rest of the staff are so amazing! The atmosphere is perfect and the service is great! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
The food and music was great. However, the service was terrible. Our waitress had an attitude problem- did not have a welcoming attitude and kept rolling her eyes as if we were inconveniencing her when one of us asked for help whilst using the debit machine.
Service not so good.What's the point of ordering a starter and main, when they bring them both at the same time?The lentil soup was so bland, as was the rice from the falafel plate. The salad, not so appetizing. I'm so disappointed, Google had it rated 4.2, way too high in my opinion.It's more of a bar scene then restaurant. Maybe they're short staff, but server did not check up on me till later in my not so impressive meal, and only once. I'd probably come back for the shisha and a drink on game night, but for food, hell no. That's the second time you let me down google.The food here, 2.4Service 2.9Atmosphere 3.9

Five of us visited today for lunch. The food was excellent with large portions and the service by Joshua was outstanding. Very happy with the food and service. The only suggestion is about the timed light in the washroom, which goes totally dark if one is in the toilet. I was startled when it became pitch dark when I was in the washroom. Apart from that, we had a great time today, and Joshua really entertained us!
Amazing service, bottles were at an affordable cost compared to other places ive been around to. Food was amazing had the poutine amazing portions. Atmosphere was a good vibe met some amazing people there as well!
Whether you plan to go out to hangout casually and have a cup of coffee or tea or have a great night out drinking, this place does not miss. One of the best places for food and definitely best spot for shisha, Wonderful staff and always accommodating.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. I called them to book a table for 2 at 8 pm and they said you don’t need reservation before 10pm. We came here and asked for corner booth and the guy said you have to leave at 9pm.
I don't even smoke shisha but I love coming here for the food and the great atmosphere. Amazing music, great owners and a very clean place. I recommend this place to anyone interested in having a great time.
