I like this location. Easy to park and easy to use drive thru or mobile order. The only complaint is staff really need to pay more attention not to miss an item in an order. Numerous times they forget to include a sauce or a drink.
If I could give a negative star I would! Yesterday I went to this location for ice cream I ordered through the app to pick up inside at the counter.. when I arrived to pick up my order the inside of the restaurant is closed to public so I had to go through drive through which was an extremely long line .. I could not change the method of pick up on the app.. when I finally got to the speaker the person could not find my order in drive through she said just go to the first window they will help me .. I got to first window the person at this window could not find my order and sent me to the second window .. I got to the second window and by this time I’m frustrated I have paid for items no one could find .. the worker said you didn’t pay for your order and listed off thing that’s weren’t my order so i calmly explained and she got her manager that was like oh yea you order is over here she hands me melted ice creams that were pretty much soup she re made the cone but the sundaes and McFlurry she would not re make .. that is unacceptable if they knew their inside was closed to the public and knew I would have no other choice to go through drive through why would they not have waited to make them or tell drive through the situation.. by far the worst service I have received! Stay away from this location!!!
It's McDonald's breakfast, what you'd expect. Except this time there wasn't egg shell in my eggs, that was a pleasant surprise. The woman at the window was very enthusiastic and actually made waiting fun. Food was hot and fresh, hash browns were crisp. Finally some good McDonald's.
If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would!Tonight I spent well over 30 minutes at drive thru and for what?! This place is just getting worse and worse! I work down the road on night shifts and I should be able to drive down, get my food quickly, and make it back to work on time!Either hire more staff who actually want to work or shut this place down entirely until new owners and management wants to take this place over!Enough is enough and McDonald’s should be ashamed and embarrassed! Unreal!I’ll be speaking to management tomorrow during the day when I wake up after my night shift tonight!I’m not having it anymore!
When I got in there. There were past employees talking to the person behind the counter. She kept chatting with the girl, who I assume was working. No food really went out. The only food that was going out was the Uber, and skip. So I had to wait until the lady who I assumed was working to finish her very long conversation with her friends, before myself or anyone else who was waiting for their food to come.
This location is clearly run by a bunch of children ? I will not be ever wasting my time eating here again ? just look what they give paying customer through their drive thru such a letdown when I was just grabbing something well on break
Afternoon staff was very friendly. They gave me wrong drink and when i ask for replacement they gave me an additional muffin. I was happy .
This is a very busy spot ...very busy !The staff are working amazing..team work !!
Avoid this location!!3 straight orders with mistakes. I honestly don't know why my family keeps going back.This location is abysmal. Wait times exceed that of all other local McDonalds restaurants and 4 of my last 5 orders this month have been incorrect. Management doesn't seem to care when you call with a concern.McDonalds - Please fix this location.
**avoid at all costs** 30-40minute average wait for drivethru meals. Plus they are digitally linking your locense plate number with the credit card you use to pay...not legal in canada
