At least you can sit in this location without feeling like everyone's staring at you watching you eat, making you so uncomfortable, ya leave. (lottridge). Play place is still closed.... Boooo but gage park is close by for child entertainment (during warmer times).
I think It's good Resturant.But because I need halal I can eat some things that don't contain meat. As for juices and coffee, they are all delicious. There is a significant segment of the clientele are Muslims. Please provide halal meat. Thank you McDonald's
This McDonald's always makes mistakes and generally makes little effort to do more than fix it without any attempt at making you want to go back and often they will mess your order up more than once. Play place is ALWAYS closed for SOME reason (this is pre-covid) but it is permanently closed even still with covid as the reason and I bet this will not change any time in the near to late future. One location is not like the other... at least not where this place is considered.

Cold food after over 2 hours. Told the uber driver they could not give him Mac sauce since my order was packed up but didn't give it to him to another 10 minutes. I have worked at 4 different mcd locations for 2 different franchisees and this would be completely unacceptable.My food was cold and gross and it was the location not ubers fault.
Horrible service, poor attitude from staff, wife's order even though ordered inside was lost twice before a manager made the effort to show up and help her.Lastly washrooms so filthy that even Covid would take a vaccine to not get sick itself. Feces smeared on the walls. Urine on the change table!Questioned the spouse on more than one occasion if even purchasing food here was safe. All the same son took a temper tantrum so was able to escape the Apocalypse of McDonald's.
I was told by an employee there "you will be kicked out next time" as she threw my order at me because I didn't have a mask on. Incident started when she asked me to put a mask on, I politely answered that I currently have a legitimate mask exemption issued to me for medical reasons. She didn't let finish my sentence and walked away with a smirk on her face.I spoke to the manager after and she told me she "talk" to her. Establishments and managers should do a better job on training employees how to handle these situations in a professional manner. Employees should be acknowledged the difference between those who have legitimate medical exemptions and those who just refuse to wear the mask.
I've never had to wait so often at any McDonald's in the "overflow" spots. Only to find out my order is wrong. Again.I should learn my lesson. Management doesn't seem to care about proper training or any sort of efficiency. Just watching them bumble about the kitchen makes it obvious.
