If I wanted a salad with my big Mac I would have ordered it, always way to much lettuce plus Mac and fries were cold. This is definitely not the first time from this MacDonalds.I understand these are students but quality control of product output needs to be shown. Taking responsibility for their jobs will help them in the future.

This location is an absolute Fuster Cluck. Came in tonight and stood at the cash for about 5 minutes before I had to get vocal to have someone take my order and the very long line up that was forming. Over 15 minutes before I received my order. The whole place was a collection of headless chickens. And, they gave me stuff I didn’t order. While waiting for my order, customers came up to complain about the quality of their order.

After waiting over 15mins in the drive thru and another 10mins waiting for my small order, they still managed to get it wrong - again. Ordered shakes & they were not available. Order extra pickles on my Big Mac & got none at all. Paid for extra nugget sauce & did not get it. They simply do not listen to customers. I guess $33 isn't enough to receive good service & food. Poor service happens frequently at this location so I DO NOT recommend it. Go to their competition, they don't seem to need our repeat business.

7 outta 10 times I had wrong order and had to go in or had long wait time for order. Staff is friendly though and helpful when there is an issue. Just make sure to double check order before u pull away.

I thought I was the only one complaining about night shift but it seems there is a bigger issue then I knew. Also how come Mcdonalds has not responded to these concerns. My issue was I got to location for 3am to realize you were only able to order through the app and drive thru was closed. How would ppl who are not familiar with the app or if there is an older person which is not a custom to using technology????. ordered my food and got the code, waited 30 mins to be told they shut down the app and I had to now go and wait for drive thru to be open shorlty. Are you kidding me where is the 24 hr service and why are you limiting your clients at night. too be honest if ur hungry at night avoid this location, you will be left hungry AND VERY DISAPPOINTED

Chicken Mcgriddle tasted old and stale, hash browns and smoothie were good. One time experience, the food made me sick. Do not want to take another chance.

They did forget some my order and when I went back in they were super nice about it. Very sweet girl with piercings offered me an extra cheese burger...sorry dont remember her name. Seems like a great team with a positive vibe

They always make mistakes. Just today half an hour ago I ordered 2 habanero Mcchicken combo and 1 junior chicken and paid around $24 at 1st window then went to 2nd window and got drinks and she told me to go to next window for sandwiches. I went to next window, one worker from 2nd window started yelling hey move around , move around. I moved and went to reserved parking 3. They brought my order and it was wrong the worker was in hurry she didn't even hear that I was calling her from behind. Then I called multiple times to mcdonalds they didn't attend. I started walking toward mcdonalds and saw one worker bringing a bag, I told her thaT I got the wrong order and gave her bag. And she gave the other one she had and I confirmed the order with her and she said yes when I brought it home it was wrong again. Very disappointed

Asked for fresh, they had us wait 10min and everything was still cold and soggy. Asked for Mac sauce on some burgers and got mayo… night crew never seems to get it right unless the one manager is there (blonde girl) who always makes sure it’s right.

I frequent this mcdonalds almost everyday for coffee and sometimes breakfast. Normally, I don't have an issue. This morning however, the service and attitude of the staff members I dealt with was disgusting. Went through the drive thru and ordered 12 cookies for an event was told, "no, we only have 9 but I can give you 6". Now, anytime in the past they've just made more cookies, why now are they telling customers no? I was more than willing to wait for them. I get to the first window to ask this question and the person at the first window completely ignored me, threw the change in my hand, and closed the window in my face. Real nice. I get to the next window, ask the same question and was straight up lied to saying the girl was new and didn't know. Unfortunately, I go there enough to know she's not new. Just an unfortunate experience all around this morning. Customer service needs a definite adjustment.
