I ordered the big mac with no pickles. They gave me 5 pickles. Only 1 slice of cheese that looked old. It was disgusting. Thin burgers slapped on buns with no care on presentation. I understand that it's McDonald's but they should care about their customers. Big Mac's used to be huge back in the day. Now it's small and nasty - less ingredients and looks nothing like the picture on their menu board.
Ordered 3 drinks at the order kiosk and waited 20 minutes. Watched other food orders get filled. Had to ask for someone to fill the order. Was told it would be. Others continued to be filled, asked a second time and the employee was confused because they couldn't find the slip. I finally had to give them my copy. All for 3 fountain drinks.
I have some questions:1: How are the English muffins already stale at 7am? You just opened…..2: Do the employees not know basic math? Because when I ask for 2 sugar in my coffee, I get none. But when I ask for 3, I somehow get 6. How?3: When a bagel BLT is ordered, why is the L always left out? Does everyone have issues with the L?4: Would it kill someone to salt the eggs?5: Even with written instructions, how is it possible to get an order incorrect?The only good thing about this location is the hash browns. They’re crispy, but again that could just be from being left out and refried the next day. Who knows!
This place should get zero stars they can never get an order right. I went there today and ordered 3 happy meals and a big mac and 20 chicken nuggets. the didn't give me nuggets in the happy meals and forgot to give me my big Mac. When I went back to get the food they didn't give me they tried to make it look like I was trying to get free food I will not be going back to McDonald's
I think It's good Resturant.But because I need halal I can eat some things that don't contain meat. As for juices and coffee, they are all delicious. There is a significant segment of the clientele are Muslims. Please provide halal meat. Thank you McDonald's
Just left there now.1. Mc double literally SOAKED in grease2. Ordered two large fries got 1 in a new box with small size amount of fries in there3. Pop tasted disguising, tasted like pop was running low/ nasty tap water. Gross4. Not enough nuggets in my 20 piece nugget.5. Big mac SOAKED.You guys managed to mess up my whole order.Not to mention I waited 45 minutes to just place my order.I’m not a Karen and it takes A LOT to get a review out of me.Management step up your game. You’re clearly understaffed and under trained.Have your window people actually check the bags before tossing them at us in drive thru.I spent almost 40 dollars and it’s in the trash.Won’t be returning.Not impressed
Why can't this McDonald's location get an order correct? I never receive the order I gave when going to this McDonald's. If I sit in drive through opening and checking every item, somehow I am the unreasonable one. It is ridiculous that I have better odds of winning the lotto then getting what I actually ordered at this location!No review on the food. McDonald's is McDonald's you know what you are getting.I will now be going to the survey site to say the same thing.
If you want good service don't go here.Ordered a big mac no onions.... got to wait for 15 minutes on the side of the store because they had to make it fresh.... made sure to mention that a few times and that's after waiting for 4 minutes at the window. I'd have left a review with the receipt but surprise they didn't give one so I couldn't review.
i’ve never had this horrible experience ever, manger told me i can have the food that I PAID FOR. and then tells me that its up to me to call uber to get it back. ridiculous how this place is run. definitely calling head office. they also made the uber driver wait 40 minutes for the food. if you are gonna order don’t make it from this one
Excellent service if you love cold, limp, undercooked, and under salted fries. Or if you love ordering a large fry and getting barely a medium. Why is your food always cold?
