July 18, 2022:Sick minded untrained and non compassionate staff is hired.They need psychological help and proper training to understand the agony of the people kept in waiting unnecessarily. It's been 25 minutes of waiting to get 3 coffee's.Still not delivered in 40 minutes
I think the place is understaffed. Had to wait almost 2 hours for a mobile order pickup. Horrible.To the management : Please do something. If the place is busy , you guys might be making good money. Invest on staff or eventually u won’t be having any people to run the store.
Hot fresh food served by flight friendly staff in a very clean restaurant. Two hamburger patties two slices of tomato pickle ketchup and mustard with a side order of small fries makes for a perfect gluten-free lunch for a Celiac like me.
Seems most staff here are young and upbeat, but lack organization. I waited 30 minutes for a curbside pickup and then had to go inside to get my order. once inside I noticed their pop machine was leaking behind the counter, paper bags on the floor right next to the leak, and no one cared to stop and pick up the paper bags or to quickly mop up the leak. McDonald's tends to encourage their younger staff to take leadership roles and positions, but this doesn't always work out in their favor. The one thing I can say for sure is this is not the worst McDonald's I've been to and I probably won't mind visiting again, but I'll avoid curbside pickup next time.
Over several decades of visiting McDonald's across dozens of locations, I can confidently say that Hamilton's Dundurn branch has, by far, the slowest service.I received a coupon for a free sandwich from this location because I had waited around thirty minutes for two double cheeseburgers. When I went to redeem the coupon at a later date, I again waited for around thirty minutes for the same order. The restaurant did not seem particularly busy at this time. There were three people waiting ahead of me in line, all of whom also needed to wait for roughly thirty minutes. There were around four others waiting on the side for their orders, and the drive-through also wasn't congested (i.e. did not have a line extending beyond the drive-through spot).I appreciate that, each time I visit this location, the employees acknowledge and apologize for the delays.
This is an excellent McDonald's with a very comfortable decor and a great place to have breakfast. The service is terrific. The manager attentive and within the spectrum of McDonald's it is tremendous.
My Wife & I decided for once to have something different. We both had a Big Mac & a small pop. We devoured & enjoyed our Burgers but for what we had & $15. Later I will enjoy my home made Burger for less than 1/2 the price. See you in another 20 yrs
Staff are nice and friendly. Restaurant is clean and spacious, having the second floor dining. We come here in a regular basis & thankful for the great service.
My family's overall experience in this location is nice. The whole dining is renovated and warm ambiance when you come in. The staff are enthusiastic and received a good service. This location is always busy so you know your food and coffee is made fresh all the time. It's a bit of a wait for your order for there's a line up everywhere but it's all worth it. There's a specific staff in the dining that cleans the tables and washrooms. I will definitely come back in this location again.
I order there and the workers are super kind and very patient! Compare to other restaurants such as delta and Barton! And they are super fast with food even tho they are busy but they keep the line going! And deliver hot and ready fresh fries and burgers! Every thing!
