Had a great experience, you definitely need to try it!Went for lunch with a friend on a Thursday. The atmosphere was relaxed, clean and bright. The service was quick, friendly and helpful. Our server was mindful and asked about our 'heat' tolerance to ensure the food would not be too spicy for us. The food was ready quickly and brought to our table piping hot. My friend ordered number 15 from the lunch menu, I ordered number 304 from the authentic Thai stir fry section of the menu. Both meals were fantastic! Lots of meat and vegetables! Prices are reasonable and affordable.Overall, great experience and fantastic lunch, I highly recommend Lotus in Stoney Creek! ?
Amazing food & amazing staff.This is one of our family favourites, we've been dining with them since around 2018 and have never been disappointed yet!An excellent location for those with infant carriers/strollers as it's nice & spacious.
the food here was awesome ... the crab rangoons were the best i have had. Very clean. Fast service. Super nice staff. The food was so good i order.soup to go for the next day. I will definitely be back

In summary, my first experience eating take out from Lotus will be my last. I found the food to be bland and hence it would be a stretch to give it 3 stars in my opinion. I would probably go with 2.5 stars if that was an option. Now, I am an asian cuisine connoisseur and I am probably comparing Lotus to my experience with authentic Thai which is not found in Hamilton, rather there are hundreds of amazing authentic Thai food joints in Toronto. First of all, the Tom Yum soup at Lotus which is a staple tasted watered down. That is a bad first impression in my books since that is the go to appetizer. The spring rolls were soggy and bland and the sauce the was included was too sweet sticky and gross. It basically tasted like melted honey. The best part of the order was the Spicy Beef, albeit the sauce was runny. The Tom Yum Vermicelli again, watered down! For the high price I would not recommend Lotus Thai. There are much better options in lower Stoney Creek that I would recommend.
I have been visiting them for over 4 years and their food is absolutely amazing. Service is also fantastic. Their Bami Goreng and Panang curry is a must try!
Went there for the first time today for take out. They told me it will take 10min and it was ready in exactly 10min. I paid, grabbed my food and left. Within 30sec of leaving the restaurant, they called me and ask me to go back. Apparently I was over charged. I wouldn’t have noticed if they hadn’t called and they could have totally kept those few extra dollars but they chose honesty over money. I had never encountered such honesty, especially during these tough times for restaurants. The food was absolutely delicious but I knew that before I even went there because of the reviews. Their honesty brings loyalty and I am forever a customer of this business now. Thank you so so so much! ❤️????
The food and the service here we’re both phenomenal! The owner is unbelievably kind and very accommodating to any order changes. And the food is spot on! Especially the spice level - spicy enough for flavour, but not deadly (and they’ll adjust to your liking regardless). Highly recommend the drunken noodles, penang curry, Tom yum soup, and vegetable spring roles.
Great food and service. Very friendly staff and the pho is amazing, one of the best I've tried.
