This is what you get for pho. Those who are regular pho eaters know there are things missing with this. There aren’t many places in Hamilton so gave this a try, broth is passable. Unfortunately will not be returning.
Vietnamese food ? is pretty tasty. I tried a few item on the menu. They all turn out to be higher then expectation. They have dishes that other Vietnamese restaurants don't offer.
Pho was amazing, like how it should be cooked. Fresh, rich in flavour. Fish n chips is okay, fries could be more crispier, steak is NOT worth it’s price. Asked for medium rare and it looked depressing, looked like they kept tossing it back and forth, texture and flavour.. no.
A must try! especially the chef's special "Hanoi style vermicelli". Haven't had such a classic dish that I thought I would never be able to have again unless I go to Vietnam. Highly recommend this place!
So sad this place in no longer the Lincside with great food, definitely does not taste the same at all. Gonna miss it and our waitress. Time to find a new place.
Whewww!!! Bare with me here. I called ahead with some questions prior to ordering noticed that after my call the cheapest delivery app shut down ?. Ordered beef fresh rolls, house special pho and wonton noodle (chef special). I wanted to love this meal and I did not Wonton noodle was sold out by 530. No hot pepper in my bag of greens/sprouts (they were fresh), no hoisin sauce. House special came with a lot of noodles, and beef - missing tripe and beef tendon. Fresh rolls were okay.Pho broth itself is why I say this spot is ok.Will have to give another go in person - just to be sure.
Delicious dinner, definitely recommend. Thank you.
We went there last week, trying out the new management and menu and weren’t impressed. Our table was dirty, the calamari we ordered as an appetizer (that they were promoting around the restaurant) was chewy and fries were undercooked. We had mentioned to our waitress about the calamari but nothing was done. We will say, one of the two guests at our table that ordered the pad tai said it was good but the other did not like it.
Pho, bun cha ca and bun chả Hà Nội is SoooOoo good! Have only tried the dishes from the Vietnamese menu. Very flavourful and delicious! Would recommend and come back!
New business opened in the community and I thought I would give it a try since I like Vietnamese food. The huge menu itself has viet food and pub fare. Since it’s a viet restaurant I tried the grilled pork chop, chicken, fried egg n rice. For $13 I thought I got a lot of food. It was nicely displayed and sooo tasty!!! My husband got the pad Thai and it was a huge portion. My husband thought it was a bit expensive but I thought it was good value. The restaurant itself when I went to pick up the food was a bit dark and regulars at the bar but looked clean and plenty of seating. Best of luck to this business.
