Ordered three large pizzas and 3 pounds of wings today for my friends birthday party. The service was outstanding. Not only did they add extra sauce in the order for no extra charge, the owner gave us free pop for myself and my friends. Quick service and delicious food. Lê Bella is like the heart of Hamilton, an always favourite for my family and friends.
went and ordered 6 large pizzas the sign in the store shows 27.99 for 2 large 3 topping and they charged me 29.99 when I complained they said that they had not updated their signs. I stated that is false advertising you can't do that. Will never come back.
I've been going here since I was a kid. Used to be really good but it has been very dissatisfying the last few times to the point I'm not ordering from here again.Last night I put a order for 3 pizzas in and breaded pickles and was told 30 minutes. 20 minutes goes passed and I get called telling my food was ready. Cool I'll head over. Then I get called again on the way over which was rather odd considering I was already notified it was ready. I understand you either want customers to get it hot or you thought it was a prank call but I've never had a pizza place call me after an order unless their was an issue, let alone 2 times. I then get their and ask for my order and their was no pickles in sight. I didnt want to wait and I decided not to say anything as I wasnt charged for the pickles anyways, even tho I did ask for them when initially ordering over the phone so their was probably just a miscommunication.Then half way through eating the pizzas, my buddy finds a hair in his pizza. Then I find one in mine as well. Very discomforting knowing their was probably more in the other slices we ate. Super unfortunate.
I have been ordering here for years have told many people about this place. But!! The last couple times i notice things changing. I love real bacon on my pizza and latley the portion is getting smaller and smaller on my pizza. Then charged delivery charge to now never before have they charged delivery charge. I rather pay a little more for the pizza and they dont portion control like they do now. This is why i always ordered from Bella theire was plentyful of toppings now the toppings are getting less and less.I understand the delivery charge not everyone tips well and gas is getting expensive. Please Bella charge more for pizza and dont cut back on portion of toppings . This is how you lose customers.where the bacon ???
Hour and 20 min for a pizza to be delivered and it was cold, well more cool then anything. Wings half had sauce on them and cold, at least the pops came warm, I mean who doesn't enjoy a warm pop with cool pizza ??♀️. Spend 50$ for this what a waste. Used to be my favorite pizza place. But no more. They cant even put sauce on the wings properly
Was my favorite pizza place for years. As of late pizza deliveries take what is described as an hr by the call taker but is actually 1.5 hrs most often. Once they arrive, some of ur order does not. You will NOT recieve ur items ..they will say they r sending the driver...2 hrs later ur still waiting. Calls to the store will not help, they will tell u u didn't order it, that u weren't charged and even read u back an order that is half what u ordered and tell u still that u are wrong. Do urself a favor and order from anywhere else and enjoy all the items u paid for, delivered in a timely manner. The Bella on King St for instance has a much better review
This place has the "BEST" jumbo sized wings period! Order of the day: First batch, Pineapple Curry. Second batch, Honey Mustard.This place never fails to deliver in terms of quality, consistency, tastiness and speed. I feel for the owner, his wings are so damn good they are always swamped with orders. Quick tip if his delivery drivers are overwhelmed order through Uber Eats. Discount codes aplenty.Remember to tip guys. Price of gas is hitting everyone especially small businesses the hardest.All the same show some love for this joint. I self proclaim La Bella Pizza on Barton St. The best wings in Ontario. And that's saying a lot for someone who's lived in both the US and Canada.????
My prices change every time.. Medium pizza and 20 wings comes up 30$ this week. Next week its 42$. Each time is something different now. Been loyal for over 10 years so i let it go twice over charging but not anymore.
When I was pregnant with my first... I craved this pizza!!! Low and behold I move back 13 years later and they still open... you can only imagine my excitement!!! Great pizza!!! Never stingy on the toppings... I love pizza... and I LOVE Bella... but these guys... I don't know man... they been ignoring my callsand not answering... poor service... especially for a long time customer as myself... I now order from Hi-line on Gage as they are nicer and answer the phone
