I ordered a donair from here. It had obviously been opened, with toppings removed (there was a little lettuce left inside) and wayyyyy too much hot sauce with no donair sauce???Tried calling but no answer and voice mail is full.
I was at Lazeez shawarma tonightat Hamilton site. Worst worst worst experience ever. I order 1 falafal wrap and 1 large falafal on rocks. I paid extra for the garlic over top of wrap and on the rocks and $2 extra for on the side. There is not even garlic sauce in the wrap as shown and i added the picture of on the rocks falafal. Secondly, the server gave me regular falafal on the rocks instead of large as I ordered and then she just took the regular box and emptied in the large and gave it to me as large. The customer experience was really bad as i asked the server to open the box and show me, i figured at the same moment that she did that but i did not wanted to create a scene in front of others customers their. And i am putting this feedback as you lost a customer and will never suggest anyone to go back again to Lazeez Shawarma ever.
First time ordered from Lazeez, one item was wrong, they were busy that is fine, i got a refund. The rest was awesome. I liked it. Will order again for sure
I’m a regular customer here, and they used to provide excellent service, but for the past few days, around 6:45 p.m., most of their food has been unavailable, which is very disappointing. I went in the other day to place an order for my large family of 8, and most of their food was unavailable, leading us to leave the restaurant
Whenever I want good quality and QUANTITY of meat, Lazeez has not yet disappointed meI always get their chicken half half or on the rocks and more recently their chicken shawarma salad. ( I always go for spicy. So 6-8 lines of hot sauce. <3 )The chicken shawarma quantity is good. I hate it when restaurants skimp off on their chicken but I’m happy to report that Lazeez isn’t one of them. I order from here quite often and always happy with the level of consistency in their foodExcellent. It’s a staple restaurant for me.

Faced food poisoning twice here. Almost every time I ordered the food was cold. The service is hostile. There are better places to find shawarma in Hamilton.
I am a regular lazeez shawarma Customer eat daily at least once. Came to this store today. Ordered food was not good as compared to other lazeez. After this I went to use washroom, the guy working on the till, denied for using the washroom said “ it’s blocked” then he said it’s due to covid all lazeez have closed it. Which not true. I am delivery driver who are always on road doing deliveries. I am not happy he denied me for using washroom. What if it was an emergency or something else. Neverever will go to this store.
One of the best Shawarma Places in town to be honest. I dont know what they do with their rice but it tastes really delicious. The gyro and chicken are also spiced very well.
Shawarma there is really good. Enough meat never gonna disappoint you. Chicken shawarma poutine is one of the best in the city. French fries.. the best of all shawarma places,not like others they dont care much about otger stuff than shawarma. Overall really good place to try
