Food is half decent considering it is campus food. Unsure why there are so many poor comments about workers as my experience has always been pleasurable! However, I do feel the hummus vegetable bowl should come with more hummus!! There is a tiny container for a large amount of vegetables! And I am disappointed with the lack of cold food options in the fridge in the afternoon.

Today I had vegan chorizo hash with crispy potatoes, avocado, eggs, and banana peppers. Tuesday I had 3 Sister Stew with bannock. Knocked it out of the park both times! So many options, some really excellent quality food choices if you're willing to go outside of your comfort zone of pizza, hamburgers and fries. Excellent staff. I love the new menus, including vegan, halal, gluten free, international flavours, and just plain good food.

I have been eating at La Piazza for one reason. And the reason is simple, without a doubt the food in and of of it’s self if just d I must give Mark who is the Chef full marks for his great menus. Thanks to all of the staff at La Piazza for giving Hamilton a fantastic Restaurant. Yours very truly, Stephan
I was really looking forward to getting take out of the Carbonara pasta dish at La Piazza, as I had it before and it was delicious. I was soooo disappointed! I got the pasta home and started to eat it. However, every piece of bacon in the dish was just a big piece of fat. It was inedible. What is even more disappointing is that my husband called the restaurant to share what had happened and the nice young man on the phone said he would give my husband’s name and number to the owner to call back in the next few days, and he would make it right. He never called. Two weeks later, my husband called again. He spoke to the person who answered the phone. He was apologetic for the inedible pasta and said he would give his name and number to the owner. It is now a week after the second call and he NEVER called back. Mistakes happen with food sometimes, but the owner should at least apologize and offer to give you a new order of pasta. The food was disappointing, but the response, or lack there of, was extremely disappointing.
My partner and i visited La Piazza Allegra for valentine's day this year and were very impressed! My partner wouldn't even let me try their dish as they said it was one of the best pasta dishes they had ever had. Would definitely recommend for a well-priced and filling night out. Also, try the bruschetta - I am still thinking about it a month later!
Creation X is the best location on campus
It was our second time to this restaurant. And the second time was as Good as the first. The food is delicious come steaming hot and in a timely manner. Very Italian atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone. Prices were more than reasonable and the staff really attentive to your requests.
