Pre ordered 9 orders for lunch, something my coworkers and I have done multiple times. The food = AMAZING. The customer service = TERRIBLE.Upon arrival, at first, I had a friendly greeting. When paying, I opted out of the tip option [side note: during COVID when establishments were closed for dining in, I would tip -- however, during more precedented time I only tip if I am dining in or if it is delivery]. When I pressed no tip, the gentleman at cash laughed and said 'cheap' under his breath and proceeded to throw the receipt towards me. I was caught off guard and began to gather the bags to leave the establishment. The gentleman walked out from behind the counter, walked by me and said under his breath 'cheap, cheap, cheap, cheap' and was scoffing at me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and totally caught off guard.There are better ways to approach the customer if upset. I have never had to write a negative review like this on a business, but am really unimpressed. You have certainly lost a customer.
I’ve been eating here for years and it always hits the spot. The most delicious salads and sandwiches.
My first visit , delicious food especially the broccoli soap they help you choose the perfect food quantity, the employees are so nice, clean Resturant

Good and quick. No frills mostly take out fare offering falafels and shawarma to name a few. Not licensed and has a maximum capacity of 8.
The Shawarma Wrap is really good. And the staff is really great. They are very quick and one of the few Shawarma places that won't make you feel sick afterwards.

Purchased a Chicken Shawarma for lunch today and it was one of the most fantastic Shawarma's I have ever eaten! I just might go back for dinner and bring my wife! Sorry no picture, but it was beautiful! Top quality ingredients, very fresh!
The last 2 times I visited I’ve had terrible experiences.A year ago I went and they were without mask, feeling uncomfortable I left. Tonight I decided to try them again. I ordered a large ceaser salad when I went home I received a Greek. I called them and they argued with me that I said Greek and would not replace it... I’ve never ordered a Greek salad from them I always get the same thing so I know it wasn’t a mistake on my part... so instead of correcting the error you made and wanted to play a blame game...you’ve lost a customer.
