OMG I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT I RECEIVED MY FOOD DAMAGED AND UN COMPLETED, it is missing 3 more items and , I will never order from this location
WARNING ⚠️ CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE CONSUMPTIONI ordered off Ubereats from this restaurant, the delivery time was about 20 minutes from the time I placed my order til it came to my house. Within that time, not only was my food cold, but the chicken was under cooked, the fries were cold and soggy, the popcorn chicken was white, cold, and not cooked. They must of shoved it in a microwave because it wasn't even cooked properly. The Flatbread was cold and had had a leaf of lettuce along with a small chicken strip that as well wasn't even cooked.The meal was so bad, Ubereats refunded me THE FULL VALUE of the meal by seeing only a picture of the chicken.As for customer service or lack of, I called this location and wanted to notify somebody that they're sending out under cooked chicken. All I ended up getting was a lady who was telling me my food was fine and that I must be imaging things. She then attempted to offer me store credit Instead of a refund, I told them I didn't trust the person who is making food and she blew up on the phone. I know fast food can be stressful but I spent 48 dollars on under cooked chicken, soggy fries, and probably stale Flatbread.Head office needs to look in at this location and the city food inspector needs to audit this place so they stop sending out under cooked chicken and make sure these cooks have their food handlers certificate.In short don't eat from this location, unless you want to re-cook your meal.
I haven't had KFC in a while and I decided to buy it for my family and to tell you the truth we were all pretty disappointed with it. I bought us a 12 piece bucket with 2 sides - coleslaw and macaroni salad and 2 large fries with one large gravy. The chicken was the biggest disappointment of the whole meal, it was both soggy and not crispy and out of 12 pcs only 2 pcs were breast meat? The meal mostly comprised of wings, drumsticks and mini thighs. Terrible! The side salads are a joke! They are the size of mini gravy containers maybe 3 bites worth each! Pathetic! I asked for a large gravy and got two small gravy containers instead?! Horrible! The only things worth mentioning were the fries, they were good! All in all its not worth the $30+ dollar price tag and to be honest its not a lot of bang for your buck, more like a fizzle!
Super fast. Decent pieces of chicken. Good service, really what more can you ask for?
I ordered 2 piece chicken combo and this is what I got. I would call it as a 1⅓ combo or 1 piece chicken and a bone combo.
My wife ordered well ahead for her order. She was told the order would be ready at a certain and of course it wasn’t. Much later. Why advertise order ahead and skip the line if they don’t know what that means. How can you skip the line and have to wait in it for another 10-15 minutes. Spend a few extra moments and go to another location.
While smaller then the rest. They still manage to be efficient with the orders and give us some of the best fried chicken. Texture and everything
The chicken was undercooked/dry. The employees were nice though and it was a little busy. I just wish the food quality was better maintained
I Ordered plant based sandwich through skip the dishes today. The patty was full of oil. As i was eating, the oil was dripping all over me. I think they did my order in hurry that’s why they didn’t even wait to drain the oil from the patty. It was the second time they ruined my order but from now i am skipping this location. Also they didn’t even packed the sandwich properly.
I just had a plant based meal, it's awesomeIt's was expensive 14.50$ , quality and quantity is ok
