I just went to 580 mohawk road kfc at 1:45 and the cashier was very rude and unprofessional. We ordered a brunch and we ask him to make fresh food. Firstly he said okay perfect we will make fresh for you and then after 5 mins he gave us the stale sandwiches. We said that it is not fresh and the kitchen guy said its fresh. And he told to me to wait for 45 hours for fresh food. As i also work in food sector i now what is prep time. Moreover, the cashier and the lady working in kitchen were soo rude and they didnt offered. So i asked for refund and they gave us attitude?
Ordered the spicy famous chicken sandwich and got this IDK what that sauce is. Man I’m annoyed, ironically they are closed now so can’t re order from this location
Ordered a simple bucket and three large sides and they somehow messed it up and didn't include the coleslaw, also refused to deliver it as wellVery lazy staff
I ordered a meal for my son got home and it was completely the wrong thing I also called in and the manager had nothing to say but sorry and hung up on me I will not be returning to this location absolutely disgusting.
Ordered through the app, food never arrived. Called the store and gave the girl my order number from the email confirmation, she finds it, says she remembers making the order and that it was sent with the driver and she will call the driver then call me back. Half hour goes by and no call, so i call back. The girl begins to argue with me calling me a liar and says there was no order ever made. Called the customer support number to get my money back. For the manager reading this, the order was placed on Monday February 2nd 2022 and placed at roughly 5:00PM. Call to store was made at 6:07PM and again at 6:32PM.
When I came in one staff showed me her finger to indicate wait one minute, she never came and a few other people came in and she never served them. You could tell the staff seemed upset, rolling their eyes. I ordered specific pieces of chicken and paid extra , one pieces was not what I ordered also ordered a big crunch . Good thing I check the order before I left , sandwich was missing. The chicken was almost burnt on one side , and very dry... one piece has something on the crust that did not taste like KFC...not sure if they dropped some type of sauce on the chicken. I put one star because there is nothing lower. Don't know what was going on with that staff but it definitely affected customer services I don't recoment this place. I go to this location when I buy KFC. Will find another location. I am not impressed with the service. Last time I ordered the order was also wrong wrong piece of chicken....
Slowest service all I ordered was a sandwich which took 15 mins to make, but of course it takes that long when the girls only wanna talk about what boys are cute Instead of helping the customers.
Indoor dining closed. No napkins given with forced takeout order. Had to ask for my cup.

Very quick and efficient customer service. I ordered plant-based sandwich combo and it was so delicious. The staff there is friendly and polite.
