Ordered food last night. My order went through i even received an email confirmation about what time my order will be delivered. Except it never got delivered. My kids waited for an hour before we realized that we will not get our order. By that time it was 11:00 pm. And too late to order something els. The manager Ariel said i placed my order just before 10 o clock whichbis their closing time. Well than their system should have never accepted my order. And my credit card should not been charged for the food i never got.They didnt even call me in the morning to apologies. Im sure they did see my order in the morning.What a horrible service.
Worst kfc I had ever had ! dont know what happened to the kernels chicken here but I can tell you there was no 11 herbs and spices in that batter just flower and oil, bad bad bad glad the kernel isn't here to eat that garbage if you got kfc from uppergage and mohawk may/16/2022 please share
This KFC is falling apart..water damage all over the ceiling, food was o.k. fountain drinks even tasted a bit off. The temperature in the dining room was boiling hot, we could barely sit there.
My family and I have came to this location twice in the past month and the service has been terrible, the first time it took nearly two hours to get our food, and they blamed it all on one person, so kfc then gave us a free meal to make up for it, tonight we went and not only did they forget multiple things and we had to go back, they still forgot things from our meal after going back. Won’t be coming back to this location and I don’t recommend it.
I would Rate this a zero if I could. Waited a solid 20 min in the drive through at 630 pm only to be told when I finally got to the window that they were out of...chicken...out of chicken...and that more would be ready in 45 minutes!!. I don't know if this is a franchise or a corporate location but somone needs to get it together at this place. I for one will never be back.
I am currently sitting inside the store, I had to go outside, place an order and wait 15 minutes to go in and pick it up. Sadly after 20 minutes I was told I had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes because they ran out. It seems customer service doesn't matter. On a good note, for all Canadians in Ontario there are now competitors who make chicken. Upper gage in Hamilton is one location to avoid! I recommend having it delivered since it is faster.
Order online April 8, 2022 for a boneless bucket and chicken poutine bowl. Order placed at 640pm…by 730pm still no order. I called the restaurant numerous times and phone was obviously off the hook. I called the main customer service number 4 times….no one listened properly and keep putting me through to the restaurant even when I told them about the constant busy signal. Finally, at 810pm a customer service rep finally listened and said she’d send an email to the store but it would take 20 minutes for a response from the store….what a joke..I cancelled the order. Funny thing is, 5 minutes later I got a call that my order on the way. Delivery driver apologized and advised that the store was closed, 3 staff didn’t show and had no cook. Why the hell would customer service not know this….NEVER getting food from here again. Food was soggy and gross.
We ordered our bucket of chicken and meal through the drive through took us 20 minutes to get to the window and when we got there the person asked us if we mind waiting another 20 minutes cause they didn't have any chicken down... something they could have told us at the speaker or should have put the chicken in when we ordered...needless to say we had to go elsewhere for our meal...
Small chicken pieces, usually not fried well, won't let me change gravy for salads but still edible. Pretty medicore experience for fast food
First of all, the taste of KFC food has gone down drastically. Homestyle Coleslaw salad was expired and was smelling so disgusting. Staff was damn slow and prioritizing drive-through orders over pick u and over the counter orders. I bought an Unlimited bucket for 2, but the entire meal was an utter disappointment. I wouldn't buy anything from KFC forever hereafter.
