Been eating here for 40+ years the food is the best in the area fast hot delicious. love this place

I used to order Joy Inn every Friday night. During Covid we ordered our regular Friday night order and when we got home there was a black long hair embedded in my rice that was definitely not my hair. I called right away and the lady answered and said "So what do you want another free rice? " I said no thank you I won't be back. I threw their food in the dumpster and we waisted $50 in food. I couldn't eat it, we had to order a pizza. Very disappointed.
Fast friendly service. Food is also good especially for the price.

Claims to be open Fridays till 1am. Called at midnight and was told they were closed. No good.
We have always supported this restaurant..but, very disappointed tonight.New Year's eve and we knew there would be challenges. We ordered at just after 5 PM and were told it would take 1 to 2 hours for delivery. We were okay with that. However, when we called back after 2.5 hours we asked if our order was even made. With great indifference..they said we don't know..... do you want to cancel? I said yes because you don't care.Really...I know this is a difficult day, but I did not deserve that response.Never again!!
Had food delivered today. Everyone is friendly but food could have been hotter.

This was the first time I ordered from them... wasn't impressed...lack of spices, wonton soup soggy noodles and you had to pay for the dry noodles for the soup lack of flavor again and the rice no spices again...egg roll was overly cooked and hardly any filling in it...I will never order from this restaurant again .,
