4.5/5 - Solid noodle place! First time trying Homemade Noodles and was extremely satisfied. Noodles were perfectly chewy and the broth was flavourful, yet not too salty (note that mine did not come with the leafy greens, added it myself!) Eggplant was delicious, lamb skewers and cold potato salad in chile were not bad either. Friendly server, clean environment, reasonable wait times. Would definitely come back!

Staff are always super helpful.Noodles are made where you can see them hand-pulling them which is super cool. The Ramen is some of the best in the city and the best in Downtown Hamilton. All the other dishes i tried were great too.

The skewers were much better than the noodles, maybe I ordered a not very authentic dish. The texture of the noodles were nice but the flavors were just alright. Highly recommend the beef and lamb skewers. The service was a bit slow, however kudos to the one and only server in the store who were busy because he had to deal with literally everything.

My friend got his meals and finished it and mine hasn’t came out yet, only snacks. Then I went ahead and cancelled my order, server said there’s a lot of orders and will take 5 minutes to make my meal. A lot of orders when there’s only 3 tables that already have been served. No thanks.

The food was delicious!! The best noodles I’ve ever tasted! The boiled egg, lamb and beef skewers were to die for!!!! The prices were pretty affordable compared to other places. We did notice that there was only one person doing all of the work at the front, preparing online orders, hosting, serving, cleaning, etc… but we still received good service and had an amazing experience here at the restaurant and highly recommend this place to noodle lovers!! You will not be disappointed ?

Went here on a last minute decision with most restaurants being full on a Friday night. Honestly was surprised at how amazing the food was. The "widest" noodle was perfectly chewy in texture and flavourful having absorbed the beef soup broth. I highly recommend ordering the tea in egg if you're having a soupy noodle dish. One guy was running around (literally) to serve dine-in guests and take-out orders. Kudos to him, he even checked up on us to make sure we were good.We ordered:- Hand-pulled ramen (widest noodles) beef broth with beef tendon- Lamb skewers- Beef skewers- Egg in tea

I don’t usually make reviews for restaurants, but this one was incredible! The sliced noodles, the dumplings, the beef and lamb skewers were to die for. Our waiter was very nice and gave us the recommendation of adding the vinegar to our broth and it definitely made a difference.Highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Pretty disappointed overall the food was very cold and smelly, found a large strand of hair in my food. But the dumplings were pretty good.

We always go to the store on fort street to have our dinner. It is our first time to have dinner in albany store. I like the beef noodle, it is tasty and cheap.

you get seated and served relatively quickly, the price is fair, and the food has great portions and taste. i love their homemade noodles personally.
