BEST CHICKEN PLACE IN WATERDOWN.Hello Iris offers a wide selection of chicken options partnered with many tasty sauces. The fries are fresh cut, and the sides (macaroni salad, coleslaw, gravy, and potato salad) are in pretty standard, but good nonetheless. The chicken is not overly breaded, juicy (not dry), and very flavourful. The chicken pieces are generous sizes comparatively to Popeyes and KFC. The employees are also extremely polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this place! ??
The fried chicken and other food is absolutely amazing! They are always so friendly when you walk in and Joanne is the sweetest! 10/10 recommend this place plus they are a family run business ❤️

My husband and I are new to Waterdown and ordered takeout from HelloIris last night. This is the best fried chicken we have had in years, if not ever. The food was outstanding. We got a few sandwiches, chicken strips, and sides. Can’t tell how happy we are we found this place. Definitely now our go to for fried chicken. Side note, my husband also said the ladies working when he picked up were just the nicest. Great place!
Easily the best chicken spot in Waterdown! I like to try the different sandwiches, my daughter LOVES the chicken strips. Either way we go my wife insists that I get the fried mushrooms. This local spot is fantastic!
Made fresh to order and brought out to your vehicle, since Covid started this is the new normal to keep customers from piling up inside while waiting. Their chicken is always fresh and delish with many varieties of sauces and rubs for your bone in or out chicken. Variety of salads and others sides/ entrees. Something for everyone! They usually use a kind of thick coating of breading so if your not fond of it ask for light breading.
OMG ? My daughter and I went there tonight for the first time for dinner. My daughter had the original chicken burger and I had the spicy ranch chicken burger. Both of them were MIND BLOWINGLY AWESOME ??? The chicken breasts themselves were HUGE and the batter was SO CRISPY, crunchy and well cooked. I also ordered their poppers and Mac and cheese wedges but I didn't have enough room to try them yet as the burger was so big and filling.Hello Iris has converted me over!!!I haven't had chicken that good ever!!!
Great chicken at a good price my only reason for not rating 5 stars is I feel like something in the last 6 months has changed about their strips. They used to be very light and now I feel the batter is absorbing too much oil and the tenders are coming out dark and greasy
Great food (when they get your order right)...Terrible customer service. 2 times they've messed up my order. Twice inpayed for cheese and didnt get it. Today I ordered a spicy jalapeno chicken sandwich that came with no jalapenos on it. Was super rude and made no attempt to fix it.told me it was my fault.
Recommended by a friend. Best chicken tenders I have ever had. Wife loved her spicy chicken sandwich. Very friendly lady serves you.
