***Really Important*** as of posting this the hours are wrong.It's actually 12-8pm, closed on Tuesdays and WednesdaysProbably my favourite bubble tea place in all of southern Ontario. Great tea and a nice little assortment of Japanese candies, treats, and sodas.Definitely stop in if you get the chance!

I came here a few times for MVSA events and I liked it so much that I ended up bringing a few friends here afterwards! You can't go wrong with any of their drinks, but also remember to order their Bubble Waffle Ice Cream Desserts! Great drinks and food, and service is always friendly and prompt!

Hazel cafe definitely exceeded my expectations with their bubble tea! Typically, I find that small cafe’s don’t have the best fresh/authentic tasting bubble tea and tend to go to big chains such as chatime, onezo, coco, efc but Hazel’s assam milk tea with tapioca was delicious!!! Tasted really good and the tapioca was extremely soft and easy to chew. On the other hand, I think some of their desserts are overpriced and found it annoying they had daily specials instead of offering all flavours at all times. If you come in expecting to have a nice matcha dessert you may be out of luck. Overall, this place was super cute, an amazing studying spot, very clean, AND they offer board games.
Amazing! Was taken here by a friend and I was not disappointed. Billy is a craftsman when it comes to bubble tea.. he used a cheese creamy type of topping that is.. well you MUST try it. The tapioca is fresh and the taro is really good. Would recommend!
I ordered a coffee milk tea, hot, as it was a cold March evening. Let me tell you that I had never had anything like this before! The rooibos flavor was very soothing and the coffee added a nice little kick. While we waited for our waffles topped with mango, strawberry, cheese cake, ice cream (green tea matcha twist), whipped cream and chocolate and caramel drizzle, the kids were entertained with the stock of games including Pokemon cards and a chalk wall! Service was very good and the food was great, not too heavy (even with everything mentioned above!). Price was reasonable too and the place was clean. Definitely a regular stop for us from now on!
