I found a cockroach in my poutine today I'm kind of upset I called the guy on the phone he kept hanging up on me he was rude he ask me to send him a picture of my poutine with the cockroach I said I can send you a picture of my vomit I did not have the proof he told me he got like 4 other calls about cockroach please keep this in mind.
Consistent and quick service every time I come here. I don’t think I’ve ever had a messed up order — a key indicator of good management.
This is definitely THE Harvey's to go to in the Hamilton area. They cook their burgers fresh, they don't cook them, store them and then put them on the grill like ALL of the other Harvey's that we've visited. Great job to the staff and management of this store!
This is the best location. The staff here is excellent and fun.Our food orders have always been correct.What we really like is how WE choose the toppings we want, not hiw someone else chooses.I think that today is a good day to pay visit to this Harvey's. ?
I love the new veggie beets burgers sooooo much but the bun is killing me. I need a real gluten free bun to survive my day without regrets. They have some great ones at Metro that are square and come in a four pack for $5.00.
Harvey's has always been my favorite burger place. I'm only giving it a 4 star because I like McDonals shakes better.
There are very friendly and speedy staff at this Harvey’s. They make accommodations to your order that most places wouldn’t do. Like opening and applying dipping sauces from their little container to your burger.I hope their customers treat them with the same respect and niceness they give to me.
I love this harveys alwasy quick and fresh and the friendliest staff ever i believe his name is mike hes worked here since i was a child and is the nicest man ever he also never stops moving when hes work cheers guys
I must say I gave this store a 3 originally as a few years ago I went in to purchase food pre pandemic. Not only was the store not clean but the food gave my hubby and I stomach aches. Now a 4 as I Went in again to purchase as I was hoping for a better experience this time around. What a difference food was hot staff friendly, I must say cleaner.
