Edit* Contacted head office and never heard back meaning the company endorses their franchises scamming customers by not refunding bad food. Avoid the entire chain.Returned to the location asking for a refund on some of my order that was bad. Was told that no employee on site was authorized to do a refund. Was contacted by a manager who refused to give a refund or gift certificate. Imagine being owned by a 1.2b dollar company and telling your management staff to refuse refunds on items under $16....
The Quality was what i expected. my complaint is, i ordered burger that comes with cheese and bacon and they only put the vegetables and sauces on. Very disappointing when you get home and eat.

Service is great. The parking lot and entrance is terrible. Cant see and the have a side walk that looks like an entrance. Awful location

Love the burgs not much love put into making them at the drive thru though. The ramp to enter the property is prone to damage vehicles.

Always have a great hamburger although the regular ones were a little bigger 54 years ago when i worked there,I don t know if the fries are freshlycut like I use to make thembut I have always thought Harveys was the best
Food always good, staff always nice. Just remember not every day is an amazing day at work, so be nice to staff that makes the food and they will be awesome to you as well.
So incredibly disgusted and upset that after I got food last night my tongue was stabbed by a sharp piece of plastic in my burger. This location gets my order wrong most of the time which okay, whatever, but this is next level horrible. Never coming back here again, learned my lesson. Im still nauseous thinking about this. DO NOT EAT HERE!
