Usually location is very busy which is fine because when I wait and get my food it’s always hot and tasty at this location. Yesterday there was no line, got my meal and went home and it was all SO hot and fresh. Literally the best Harvey’s meal I’ve ever had for that freshness and hot temp! Thank you to the staff at this location gettin it done!
The couple of times it's been busy which isn't bad however today I did a pick up order and waited about 10 minutes to let them know I was there and didn't get my food until about 6:20-6:25 even though I preordered for 6. Again not an issue that it was busy however one employee was just down right rude saying that can't you see it's busy, we'll get to it when we get to it. She should've apologized for the delay stating they were busy nicely. Meanwhile there was about 10 bags on the counter behind waiting. This location is right down the street from my house however next time I will probably go to a different location next time.
Visited there 4 or 5 times this year. Very nice staff, food is just Harvey taste
Whoever hired this Harvey’s team must have a six figure salary cuz these guys are all stars at what they do. The burgers were as sweet and spicy as the folk making them.Wanna say thanks for wrapping these beauties like they were Christmas presents and I was the kid getting them
Always love Harvey's. Onion rings and poutine are really tasty and the Angus burgers are a great value for money. Fast drive through also.
Great to be able to dine in for a quick bite to eat with my daughter. Food was very fresh and the service was fast!
Used the mobile app, with COVID no done in, went through drive through. It was slow, took over 10 min in line, but, many places have people off right now so we have to be patient and the food was still hot and good!
My favorite Harvey's i have been to and will go out of my way to get food from this location
This location is great, tons of parking and the staff are fast and sufficient.. The only issue is that when its busy the Uber or Skip drivers have no respect and literally will rub against you, and or breathe on you. Yes masks are mandatory but that how close they are..
This is the worst harvey’s in whole hamilton. Never going to come back again. Poor staff snd management. They don’t know how to talk to customer. I had a very bad experience. They gave me three bags for my food and when I asked for handle bag they denied to give me and told me that our manager has strictly told us to not to give the handle bag. Zero service
