Very nice atmosphere and friendly servers! I liked how the place was decorated and it was kept pretty clean. I enjoyed my food and experience here. We sat inside but they do have a patio opened. There was a good selection of dishes on their menu and the server was great at checking up on us!
I really enjoyed the burgers here. I had the Biggie Mac and my partner the Classic Brgr. The Biggie Mac is awkward to eat, but very delicious. The buns are actually grilled cheese sandwiches, so it's very cheesy. Beef patties are well seasoned. Unfortunately the fries are not included with the burgers and cost extra. Fries are somewhat average, definitely not bad though. I ordered a Classic Caesar which is well seasoned with worcestershire and had a good spicy kick from tobasco. Staff are attentive and not intrusive. I look forward to returning soon!
I ordered from hambrgr through Uber I cancelled my order a minute after I ordered by accident I called Uber to tell them to either send me my order or refund it they told me the hamburgr company policy is no refund my order was 38 dollars between calling hambrgr for 3 hours no one answered and trying to explain to Uber it was a mistake I was shut down Uber disconnected me so I tried to fiend Ubers head office I accidentally got a hacker who took 68 dollars from my account I immediately called my bank put a stop on my account called the police still Uber did not do anything after I told them what happened I called the owner of the restaurant he tried to blame me because I didn’t call immediately I said I did it’s not my fault you didn’t answer he said they were busy I said that’s not my problem I called you didn’t answer he said he will call Uber to refund me they didn’t I called him back his name is Chris he said he called he can’t do anything else a 38 meal that I didn’t get cost me over 100 dollars I learned my lesson not to order from Uber and not to buy anything from hambrgr because they care more about money then customers
Been here a couple of times years apart and it's still as good as I remember it. Both our burgers and appetizers were so good! During our most recent visit, we had the Hawaiian Punch Burger, Bacon Fat Popcorn, Strawberry Fields Forever Xtrm Shake, Great Balls of Fire with Bacon Jam, and the Magic Mushroom Burger. Portions were massive and so worth the price. We were literally stuffed! Staff was also excellent, friendly and efficient. Definitely a great place to go!
Ordered the Build Your Own Burger. For $16 per burger, totally worth it. There's so many options, you won't be disappointed. I was originally ready to write this restaurant chain off because of the horrible food I had from the King William location last year, but the Ottawa St location redeemed the company name. If you want an amazing burger, head to Ottawa St location. Added photos from my 2 trips to that specific location.
I absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. The ambience, service and food is top notch and their fries are out of this world! Highly recommend!

The service from Nicole was superb! Dining atmosphere was great. We got seated quickly. Menu is creative and has good selection. The chick fil eh burger was extravagant and fries were well cooked. The banana and chocolate shake were good. I would definitely recommend. The tater tots were crispy and good quantity.The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I wish the cheese fondue was more seasoned with flavour.
Great burgers! We’ve gone here twice and wouldn’t mind going back again. Amazing burgers !I got the goodfella burger, gar parm fries and a margarita! Our server was amazing as well. We made reservations so we didn’t have to wait.My only critique would be to make the fries more garlicky!
