Bacon cheeseburger was huge and delicious, fries were hot and nicely seasoned. A bit pricey for lunch for one.. burger, small fries, and fountain soft drink came to almost $21 after tax
First time trying here despite living nearby for a while. Definitely a big step up from other fast food alternatives while maintaining a competitive price. Great quality burgers.
Took the kids, 10 and 6 yo, for some real burgers after growing impatient with them loving the McD burgers. They loved the burgers, not so much the fries though. They enjoyed their milkshakes too. I loved my bacon cheese burger. Thought the lettuce and toamtoes portion could be more generous to make me feel like I'm eating my veggies for the day. All in all, clean, good atmosphere. Very polite and helpful staff. Seems I'll have to go back in the next few days again.
Took 45 minutes for two burgers, everyone was standing around talking in circles while there was people waiting for their food. I think waiting 45 minutes is far too long for two burgers. Two girls were doing all the work while the other two including the manager gathered together and were joking around. I mean having fun at work is great but when one burger is sitting there ready for 15 minutes and the other is just getting put onto the grill is a little too much.
It's a pretty big location for indoor dining. Food was really good and service was quick. Place was clean. I just wish they had the ketchup dispensers instead of the packets. Lots fries need a lot of ketchup.
First time tasted, but Fully unsatisfied, pickles must have put into burger not outside and we got more then half fries into bag not into fries’ cup. Bad service ever i got. Do not wanna come again at all.
Good burgers, tons of fries, and amazing milkshakes. The staff were nice too.
Pretty good tasting hamburger ?. Price is a bit steep but you do get a decent quality burger. Overall not bad ?
This place... I have no words. The burgers are perfect. Absolutely perfect. And the fries are TOO DIE FOR!! They don't even need ketchup. If I lived closer to one, it would be dangerous
This location is not as clean and well kept as the Burlington Mall location. As we were waiting for our food we observed all staff touching multiple surfaces with their gloves and never changing them once. Even saw on young lady touching her mask with her gloves and never changed them before touching customers burgers (including ours...barf). Perhaps management and training are the biggest issues. We will not be back and will gladly drive the extra distance to burlington mall. As far as the food goes the burgers were fine but the fries didn't seem fresh.
