I love the burgers and fries here. They load you up with fries and it's always hot and fresh everytime I go here. I hear the service can be poor around closing time but I haven't experienced that personally. I normally don't eat that late. Service has been good when I go for lunch. I walk out with a full belly and satisfied.
Excellent hamburgers...lots of choices of toppings including mushrooms etc all at no additional charge. I had fresh fries wow they were great. They put the cup of fries in your bag then add another scoop of fries to the bag!!! Its a little pricy but the food is fresh and tastes amazing. Go there you won't be disappointed. Note can be busy ot peak times but soooo worth it.
Just go to the stone church location. If you come at 9pm don’t expect service. Second time this happen. Note on door says internet down, online orders only so I would have to order through the app, this time at 9 they said they were out of meat and internet down and would take almost an hour for meat.I went to stone church location instead, full staff works well together, happy different atmosphere.
Had a horrible experience. It was still 45 minutes before they closed and was told they were closed. When asked why the sign was still on they completely changed the story and said they were out of meat and were not allowed to turn off the open sign. I asked for fries and was told they couldn't do that and they were fully closed because they were out of meat. Left confused and hungry. Will never go back to this location!

The burger was phenomenal. The staff were very polite and friendly.....though quite chatty. Very slow getting the order out.
All I can say is this “ Today I popped my Five Guys Cherry” OMG These burgers are ridiculously good . Fresh … amazing toppings . Fries are out of this universe.Oh AND ……. Don’t forget to try the free peanuts…. Yes peanuts they are killer!!!K so ordered a cheese burger and a bacon cheese burger ….. liquid goodness running down my arms ! Sound good right !!!Just come here … Thank me later !!!! Great job guys n girls !!!
Excellent customer service from Josh...I spoke to Josh yesterday regarding my order for a few days back where the girl forgot to give me my fries...When I got home I noticed I had forgotten them....So Anyways, I mentioned this to Josh and he didn't get to much in detail about it but immediately gave me the fries without any issue aswell a drink while I waited for the fries to be cooked....I believe Josh went above and beyond and I thanked him for this, He then Replied by saying, "glad to help you" I treat my customers like family" Josh is a really nice guy, Great customer service skills, he's definitely going places....Well done FIVE GUYS".
Great food!! The 1 star rating is for the interaction I had with one of the employees. I arrived at 9pm and the store was empty - I only saw two employees. I tried to open the doors but they seemed locked. I read on the door open till 10pm, so I was confused and wasn’t sure if there were modified hours. I gestured to one of the employees to ask if the store is open. She rolled her eyes and gestured to come in. I said I couldn’t, then she came over, swung the door open full force without looking at me and marched away. I didnt realize it wasn’t locked because i tried a few times to no avail, so while I understand the frustration… that is no way to interact with a customer and I don’t appreciate that.
Five Guys can't be beat! Delicious burgers and so so many tasty fries. Not complicated, just perfect.
