Best food. Best staff. Best experience!!! This place is a must try and never lets you down. Food is delicious and comes in generous portion sizes. The staff make eating here a homely and feel good experience. Oh and I can’t forget to mention how delicious their coffee is!
I have worked in food service for the better part of a decade and I have never seen something so unprofessional in my life.As my boyfriend and I were eating, one of the waitresses pulled out a shop vac and started vacuuming the whole restaurant.At first I was forgiving as she started with the front entry, thinking she was cleaning up a small mess, but as she started vacuuming in the same room we were eating I realized she was starting her closing duties… when there were still customers in the building at 3pm!I understand wanting to leave as soon as possible, but it was not appropriate to make us feel unwelcome when we arrived an entire hour before closing. We even left with 15 mins to spare before 4pm (when they were supposed to close to the public).I told our waitress as she brought our bill over that her coworker should not be vacuuming when we were there and she agreed. But she didn’t tell her to stop. I asked where the manager would be and they were nowhere to be found.We paid our bill, our waitress still received a generous tip, but I couldn’t believe what had happened and still can’t.Hope they treat other customers better in the future.
Visited this diner a few months ago. Really good breakfast and the ladies who work here were awesome! Would be visiting again.
The Egg and I never has disappointed. Friendly service, reasonable prices and consistent quality food. Plus for some reason other "breakfast" restaurants seem to think opening at 9am is acceptable for working people. It isn't. Thanks for a proper set of hours and great food.
Not a bad place to grab all day breakfast. Portions are a large size and the prices are a great value for the sizes. Staff is quick and pleasant. Atmosphere is clean and tidy.
Food still as delicious as always. Been coming here for over 20 years now. Eggs Benedict one of the best in the local area. Hollandaise sauce is delicious and fresh, not like some other places that taste gritty and flavorless. Very friendly staff, mostly all the same staff for many years now.
Tried ordering my meal a certain way, waiter made fun of the fact that i didnt know how the food came out so I didnt get what i wanted(extra toppings that i was willing to pay for) done this before at this restaurant. Long story short wasted money on my meal (didnt eat it). Wife liked her french toast.Most likely wont be back.
Fast service, huge portions. The cobb salad is one of the best salads I've had.
