I enjoy coming to this location - Ive never had more then mozzarella sticks and a stiff drink but the service is stellar. Whenever the boys and I do it up its a great starting point - just good energy, comfortable. I promise we will start trying more ?!
Kathryn was our waitress and just WOW! Absolutely wonderful service, she was so friendly and polite. Kept checking in on us, and offering refills. Will definitely be dining back here again. So thank you Kathryn for the great experience!
My girlfriend and I recently went to East Side Mario’s for dinner. We both ordered pizzas. The service was not only quick, but also quality. Our server, Maria, was attentive to our needs. She was great. We do not go to East Side’s often, but we would definitely return to this location. Thanks again!
I went to this East Side Mario’s location with my mom when we were in the area. We love going to East Side’s ever since I was a kid. This was one of the best locations that we have been to! Our server Maria was so kind and welcoming. She recommended the Italian sodas which I never had before and they were absolutely amazing! I will definitely be returning here and hope I get the same server.
We had a great experience at this location(Upper James). Our waitress Tailor was awesome. She was friendly, quick and refilled our drinks without even asking us! I definitely recommend eating here, service and food was great!
We had an excellent experience at East Side’s for dinner. The service was top notch! Food was hot, very yummy! Husband got the chicken parm and I got their new balsamic pesto pizza on cauliflower crust. Would recommend!
I had ordered hells kitchen pizza, and it is supposed to be spicy, but was bland. Also, the pizza did not have any toppings on the sides. Avoid going to this location.
The wait staff again was slow in a restaurant that wasn’t even at 1/2 capacity. Ended up having the manager come to bus the table at the end because the waitress was MIA.We asked for straws 5 times and never got any, requested parm cheese for the salad which never came and we were lucky that we got bread when our main course came. The pasta wasn’t horrid but the salad was water filled with no dressing, couldn’t ask for more because wait staff were MIA.We have had numerous issues before with this location and thought we would give it another chance but I can say I would not suggest this establishment for anyone.
Had a really nice dinner last night with my dad, i really enjoyed the seafood linguini as well as the all you can eat soup and salad. Our server Rose was fabulous and super quick and everything was lovely.Definitely will be returning, for a $20 meal with all you can eat soup and salad you can’t beat it!
Not the best experience, fairly slow service.We've eaten here many times previously, the food is always enjoyable, but today..Maybe our server was having an off day, but forgetting a drink twice and we never recieved it, then after we (party of 4) finished our meals, we sat for about 15mins without anyone checking the table.As I said, been there many times, and had 0 issues, I hope the server was just having an off day.Will return, this did not change our like of this location.
