I loved east city’s old management but since they changed to new management it has brought the business down hill the food has absolutely no flavor teaseless bearly any beef in the pepper beef food was bone cold me and my family got sick I will never buy from here again waste of money spent over 60 on garbage
This is my go to Chinese takeout place on the mountain. The staff is friendly and the food is of good quality. Would recommend!
My wife and I ordered the Combo C and the only thing I have to say is that the "Chow Mein" is not chow mien at all. it is all bean sprouts, and not mentioned at all in the family meal section. The food was good but this is just completely false advertising. Will not order again.
We used to order from East City before the management changed. It was basic Chinese food that was good. Honestly, it was the only place we ordered Chinese from because we were happy enough with it. When it first changed management we ordered but were disappointed. The food was plain, with hardly any vegetables, the deep fried chicken and shrimp heavily breaded. Not enough condiments either. Seemed like skimping on everything. We gave them another chance tonight and I'm afraid with the same result except this time the lomein was like noodles from a Mr Noodles soup. The staff are very kind and friendly, it's a shame but we will not be ordering in the future.
Every time I get food here it’s fantastic. Actually the best tasting Chinese food i’ve ever had. Super friendly staff too. My loyalty lays with Easy City, easily.
My family and I have gotten food here for the last 20 years. It's usually what you expect, classic Chinese food. We ordered food for 5 and to our horror my friend's wife found a staple in her food. Needless to say it ruined everybody's meal. I was embarrassed and very upset. My wife wanted me to drive back and complain etc.. instead I decided to give this review and I will never go back.

I have to say that I have been ordering from East City for a long time… 18 yrs maybe? This last over $100 order was terrible. The picture to the Spicy Ginger beef shows deep fried beef and no vegetables. What I got was 4-5 small shreds of beef and all vegetables for $13! The egg foo young had so little eggs in it that it did not hold itself together. Terrible. The Lemon chicken was all batter including lots of big pieces of just batter no chicken. Your cheese Rangoon/wonton chip or whatever you call it was a crisp wonton chip with a DROP of cheese that you could barely taste. Sorry last time I’m ordering from you. I’m guessing the management/ownership change awhile ago has killed this once great Chinese takeout restaurant.Sad.
