Fantastic market. Lots of independent produce and products of all kinds.The staff are wonderful and very helpful.The coffee (all the kinds) is amazing, and at reasonable prices, even for this high end stuff!I have to be careful, because I could totally spend a whole paycheque in here.
I searched for hours for a business in the Hamilton area who could deliver a birthday gift box and card and I somehow found Dundurn Market who could meet my needs. They offer custom gift boxes and have a wonderful variety of carefully curated coffees, teas, chocolates, cheeses, deserts, entrees, wines, cards and much more. Also flower bouquets. Their delivery service is exceptional, the staff are very pleasant to deal with due to their excellent communication and they strive to go the extra mile. I live in Quebec so I couldn't do it and I am very happy. Thank you again Michael, Mackenzie and Delivery Team!
I truely love Dundurn Market. The best local options and gingerbread latte. I just wish their flower selection was a bit fresher. Bought a bouquet on Sunday and had to throw away half the flowers the next day because they were wilted and floppy. The rest of the flowers won’t last past Wednesday unfortunately. I don’t know if the water isn’t being changed in them but they just look so sad. ☹️
This place is beautiful. Such a good place to shop. They have a little bit of everything, and the stuff they have is all local and really great quality.
We use the Dundurn delivery service weekly and it is fantastic! I had to stop in to pick up one extra loaf of bread. Due to the C19 restrictions back in place, there was a lineup outside (not the issue). A family was Infront with two small children, a grandparent and a dog. The mother went in with one child looked around and purchased a few items, came back out then the father went in with the other child and did the same. Last the grandparent took one child in, came back out and took the second. I know this is the fault of the family but Dundurn should have noticed what was going on and put a stop to it. When I mentioned to the family that I would just like to get one loaf of bread they said they were here first and I would have to wait.
Not only did I get exactly what I needed for a fancy cheese and olives, I had the most amazing customer service experience here! Both of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The inside of the shop was set up very pretty, will definitely be coming back

I've been getting the Dundurn Market delivery service for quite some time now. I must say, I'm really impressed with the selections and the quality of foods. I will never go back to regular grocery shopping again!
Walked in to pick up an after dinner treat. As soon as we walked in the woman behind the counter shouted at our group of three, “ limit is five people, if your with someone then get out!”. She then proceeded to laugh with her co-worked about the comment. I guess it’s funny to yell rudely at clientele? I’ve worked in customer service for over ten years and I was really taken aback by the rudeness of her comment and her approach. Needless to say, I dropped what I had intended to purchase and left. Not impressed.....
