Ordered 3rd time. It was great first two times. But today, half of the pizza was burnt and so less topping and sauce I was too hungry so ate other half and it left a bittery taste in my mouth.
We love Dough Box Pizza! The taste and quality are great and its one of the affordable options when it comes to wood fired pizza places! The classic Margarita is our favorite. Absolutely recommend!
I have a complaint about service like others here. My order was called in. I arrived at the pick up time and stood at the cash and was studiously ignored by all behind the counter. When I did hail the closest person he checked the pasta orders that were ready and found only the order ticket. He appeared flustered and offered that they must still be making the pasta (it should have been there with the ticket). I waited another fifteen minutes and finally the young fellow came back to my ticket again. This time he conferred with someone else and it was decided that my pasta was mistakenly given to someone else. I waited for the order to be made up again, and left feeling very frustrated. I think the people there would have left me standing there indefinitely if I hadn't kept pushing myself forward. This isn't business 101, it's business kindergarten, ACKNOWLEDGE AND ATTEND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!
Came here with my partner on their recommendation. I was very pleased with the service & quality of food & selections offered. I already want to go back. The pizza was that good. They're very accessible & service dog friendly.
Super underwhelming... On top of that the mushrooms in the carbonara pasta I got were straight up raw and cold (we dined in)... Pizza was better but still just ok. Customer service was good but that's about it.
I recently tried this place for the first time and ended up going here 3 times in a span of 2 weeks. It was really good every time and has now become my go-to.Tried there Cheese Margherita and Meat Lover pizza the first time I went there. (Pictures are from the first take out). The pizzas were amazing. I added oregano to the Meat Lover and chilli flakes to the Margharita. They were both great. The ingredients are of good quality and the dough tastes great with that woody flavor and crispness.During the next 2 visits, I tried their Buffalo chicken on qualiflower dough and wild pepperoni. They both tasted great. The qualiflower dough is great and tastes similar to regular dough but I would stick to the regular dough everytime just because the regular dough is too good. Also, their lemon pepper aioli is great too.I tried their sausage and pepper pasta which was good but I will stick to the pizzas as they are really really good.Tip: add the oregano to every pizza and maybe the chilli peppers if you are ok with the spice. It is not that spicy but has a great flavor and a slight kick.This place is decently priced.

We always get the build your own pizza! I think they forgot to give us the thick crust, but it was still okay. They are generous with their portions and will give you what you like. No questions. That is my meatball unbroken on the middle of the pizza.We also got their cookie and fountain drink. They usually have 2 speciality flavors: peach ice tea and blue raspberry tea when we went. They stopped making their own cookies, but it's probably for the best. The cookies they have now are nice and tender.
Great pizza but was very disappointed on how they handled the gluten free pizza. You can’t use the same ladle and container of sauce as the regular pizza. This is cross contamination and you need to educate yourself on this. This is where Blaze is stronger. I think the pizza in here is fantastic though but bad when it comes to this part.
We have been to dough box before and the first few times they were extremely timely and everything was delicious.The past few times we have waited upmost 45min for 1-4 pizzas which is unacceptable for something marketed as more of a quick service spot.The latest time we ordered 2 pizzas there were only 2 guests waiting for their pizzas but we were in the store for 45min waiting for our 2 pizzas as we watched tour employees not prioritize in store orders and proceed to make orders for people that were not there to pick up. When questioned about this staff were rude.All in all will probably not be returning
