I am revising my review after a bad experience today: This place used to have excellent burgers, reasonably priced, and friendly staff. We used to eat there often…today I went to get a burger and fries, as I have gone gone there many times before. The owner asked the staff member if the fries he was going to give to me were okay, and she looked at me and told him the fries were okay. He asked again to check with her if the fries were okay, and she insisted they were fine (for someone like me). Having eaten there many times before, so disappointed to find the fries were far from fine. The fries in question were burned to a crisp and had clearly been fried at least twice. I’m not sure if the decision to give me the old fries was because of the way I looked, but whatever the reason, it’s not something a restaurant with good morals should be doing: you shouldn’t offer food you know is sub par to your customers. I called the restaurant to complain, and the owner apologized and offered new fries, but I wasn’t going to go back all the way. In fact I won’t be going back at all, which is a shame, because I used to really like this place. It’s just wrong to pass bad food on to your customers and the owner should have known better than to give old fries to any customer, let alone a regular one. Not sure why they did it, but I can only assume they thought they’d get away with it, or that I wouldn’t notice. I did notice…

Thanks to the friendly staff who were so kind and gave their recommendations!Great casual burgers and no worries if you’re only a fan of greens because the stuffed portobello mushrooms are a great vegetarian alternative! Simple but effective menu, with easy customization of toppings. Quality over quantity!Location is great and even if there’s limited seating, being able to grab a burger on the Westdale Village patio makes it even better! Definitely returning sometime soon.
They made me wait 20mins for my burger. Then I glanced at their grill to find at least 15 or more burgers being cooked. I guess that's why you have to wait, they get a LOT of orders. But once I had a bite on my burger, it was well worth it. Burger was juicy, veggies were fresh and neatly stacked, and french fries were wonderfully crispy. I would go back.

I had a Bacon Cheese Burger and it was fantastic! Love the fresh toppings. Burger was so tasty. I really like the deep fried Jalapeños. I hope they start bringing in more sauces. I really like chipotle mayo but they just have regular sauces like ketchup, mustard, and regular mayo. Overall, great service and a great burger. I will be going here more often.
Their smash burger definitely was one of the best ?? I got combo bacon cheese burger & costed me $14.5 that was good & juicy ?They offer burger, cheese burger & bacon cheese burger. And all of them come in single an double. They also have vegetarian burger which looked so special but I did test it.They're negative points was first they didn't have washroom plus it was no dine-in. I'm not sure these were bec of Covid or was always like this.
Oh my god one of the best burgers I've ever had. Juicy patties, crunchy pickles, just all around delicious. Highly recommend.
Was a 5 star, but sadly prices are up which I understand and would continue to support them if it was the same great burger...but the burger and fries are both half the portion than once was for a very steep price! Not sure it's really worth it any longer insert sad face
Simple but truely amazing burgers. Maybe the best in town IMO. Their fries are amazing too - fresh cut... somewhat similar to Five Guys. Not a sit-down joint.
This place has the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Everything is reasonable in price but you get delicious food! I’ll definitely be back.
