Visited this location a number of times in the past. Tonight’s service was exceptional. A delightful young person took my order, and was so pleasant that it made my evening. Thank you Andre for being so kind to all of your customers. That employee is a keeper!
Stopped by this place to have some birthday dessert. I had the butterscotch dipped cone and it was very good. I wish it was dipped a little longer, so I know to ask for that next time!The rest of the family had blizzards, and they were all very tasty. The staff was quick and very pleasant.The only note is that the store seems closed from far away, not sure what can be done to fix this, but we thought it was closed and the family that came in after us thought so too.

Quite suspicious of this establishment. From my visits, the managers are always friendly and talkative to their white customers whereas when a non-white customer approaches, I always sense hostility from the managers. From coming here for so many years I've yet to see much diversity in their staff either, with a predominantly white staff. Now I'm not trying to point fingers here but I'm sensing some strong prejudice, or dare I say; racism amongst the owners. If you're in the Hamilton area and are a person of colour, expect some strange behaviour from the owners.

Had a great experience here today! Delicious blizzards and staff were lovely and were very sweet for our kids despite being busy. Our go to for DQ in Hamilton. They also make this amazing rainbow decorated cake that is a favourite for my daughter!
The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. It is always a great experience visiting this location
Memories and nostalgia are the driving factors if you want to create an exemplary image of an establishment, as a young boy I would be overjoyed to hear that my parents were taking me and my brother to dairy Queen, this place is great and I would strongly recommend visiting, the menu is full of delicious flavours of ice cream and savory hot meals like hot dogs and fries, not to mention their selection of ice cream cakes suitable for any occasion
