It was near the end of night and looked busy.. but still no excuse for the poorly made blizzard and attitude from the young girls working there. I ordered two mini blizzards yesterday. I noticed one of them was made wrong . I kept the other complaints to myself that it was only 3/4 full , sloppy looking and mess all around the cup . She rolled her eyes then returned with the correct blizzard , it looked overly soft and was even worse than the last. I mentioned that the blizzard is really soft to a different girl there. She said it’s normal and because of the mint sauce . The other girls in the background started laughing in the background. I didn’t ask for attitude on the menu on top of a bad ice cream . Waste of money and time ! Obvious no manager on site there at the time.
Amazing team. My daughter only eats DQ cakes and on her birthday Michelle made it happen. She went extra step to make the cake my daughter wanted. Thank you again.
Terrible service! Teen girls laughing and engaged in ther own personal stories while customers wait forever for food. (So unprofessional) not to mention they forgot utensils for most customers. NEVER going back!!!
Very poor I ordered a 1/3 lb. Got the same size burger as my wife small cheese burger, plus very unsanitary girls had finger nails so long was disgusting plus one that was cooking had so many tattoos just turned me off. Almost $22.00 for 2 tinny burgers 2 small fry’s 1 small Sunday. The menu boards are so small you can’t read them, everyone one was complaining. You won’t see me back there again
When they get your order right... it's a tasty treat. But overall it's over priced and the quality of staff is questionable at best. This is less of a knock on one employee, but a comment on management's ability to maintain quality standards.
Great place for Birthday cakes , it's a tradition in our family. Unfortunately the prices are a bit high $ 32.00 for a small ice cream cake.I was happy to see that they made Dilly bars that are lactose free.
Their patties for their burgers are way too small the toppings are fresh though compared to Wendy's I went to Wendy's and got a burger bacon double cheeseburger and I went also to your restaurant and got a bacon double cheeseburger and a burger from Wendy's was better sorry
Very slow drive thru and the burger was just okay. Not sure if they have changed their patties or if it is a different supplier than in BC, but it wasn't the same as I am used to. Salted caramel toffee blizzard was very yummy though.
