We liked their desserts! I like their black milk tea (original) and velvet milk tea. Their blue ocean sparkling lemonade is sort of disappointing.This is thr second time we got it and it was different than last time. Last time it was sprite with 2 slices of lemon in it. Unsure what made it blue. And this time it was just tonic water and lemon slices, which made my fiance not want to drink it.Their packaging is always nice. I kept the glass bottles. Sometimes they have special drinks with these bottles. I would always get them.We also got their matcha egg waffle and Boba egg waffle. The matcha one is much better. I wish it had condensed milk to dip!
Not my favourite bubble tea in the area, but this is the only place in Hamilton that makes egg waffles.
Great presentation on their drinks. Even have cute glass bottles. Unfortunately, I didn't like the taste of this one as much as some of the other bubble tea places I've tried. It was the same type of drink with the same amount of sweetness that I've gotten elsewhere. I found it had almost a sour milk flavour. Perhaps their ingredients were in their last stages that day or it could just be a personal preference.5/5 for cute presentation, 3/5 for flavour.

Classic HK snacks like egg waffle, pineapple buns, and milk tea. I tried the egg waffle with boba in it, highly recommend, it was amazing. The mill tea is a classic, so gotta try that too. However, it's a bit of a wait but worth it
My first experience was a disappointing one a couple months ago. I wanted to order the boba egg waffles, a pineapple bun, and a bubble tea. I was told the boba was not available at that time, and it took over 25 min for my order to be ready. My order contained one waffle, tea and a pineapple bun. The pineapple buns were already made, and the waffle just sat and was cold by the time I had received them- it really should not have taken that long.My second experience was not any better. I was there today to give this place another shot. I had wanted to order the egg waffle. However, I was told there were no waffles available today. It is unacceptable to not have the staple products unavailable both times. I will not be returning.

First off I’ve ordered from Cuppa Tea several times and the drinks and egg waffles are good. However the wait time EVERYTIME I visit is always more than 30min+ for just two simple drinks and a waffle or just 4 waffles alone. Even though the employees are nice the wait time doesn’t make up for the time I wait every time I come to visit. Every employee there had the same long wait time for their customers. Please fix this ASAP.
