parking is super super tight. through out a few years of ordering here, my car gets scratched 4 times. getting busy during busy hours. my suggestion is order ahead on APPs and pick up after 10mins-20mins depends on hour and order quantity. their bubble teas are ok. around the average level. not bad but not the top tier. anyway, if you live close and don't want to figure out which one is the best, go coco. which is a safe but not perfect choice.
Always love getting my boba from there ! And also always have great deals for boba , I highly recommend every one to get to CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice app! Very help full and every boba you get Reg or large u get a point and when you get ten points you get a free boba! Very love place I feel very comfortable and at ease when I go there ??
I come here pretty often and recently I’ve found that the service has declined. The employees don’t really update the app when drinks are ready, and last time I ordered I got the notification 45 minutes after it had been made. The employees aren’t very friendly either (the ones at Mac are a lot nicer). I’m not expecting them to be over the top but when I say hello they just ignore me…
I love that I can customize my drink unlike many other places that dont let me do that! Coco also has a variety of toppings that I really love.. red bean & brown sugar pearls are my fav. The number of youngsters that flock in at the store to grab a drink tells me they are very popular among students!
The go-to bubble tea shop in downtown Hamilton. I've had a few bad experiences at some of the smaller independent shops over the years. Can't go wrong with Coco.
I'm a big fan of CoCo, however the cashier (white girl with short hair and circular glasses) was rude. She refused to acknowledge me, while I stood infront of her, and wasn't attentive while I was trying to make an order. I was the only person in the shop, which left me confused. This was not the customer service I excepted from a respected franchise.
Came here with my family and got some different bubble tea options, it was good and service was good. The only problem is that when you poke the hole with the straw liquid comes out but I guess there isn’t much you can do about that unless you change the lid.
Very poor shopping experience, I rarely give a merchant a bad review. It's really funny, two cups of milk tea and so on for half an hour, the clerk attitude was so bad, he said the machine read the order error so they were not doing it. Did the customer just keep on not doing it if they didn't come and ask? Not a single apology all the way to the end. Really awesome ??
Really love coco drinks and the points system. My go to bubble tea place. Even when they got my order wrong, they had great customer service and gave me a free drink for next time. Would recommend ordering ahead on the mobile app. So easy to use and you get to skip the queue
