Figured we’d finally try it out. I wasn’t overly impressed, my steak had a burnt taste, you could tell the fries were also recooked. I also want to note that while sitting with my family we noticed some empty tables and booths that still had plates, cups etc on them. We watched server after server look and just kept walking. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is if the staff don’t even clean the tables.

Had Nicola as our server. She was excellent. She didn’t seem one of those fake servers that over compensate for more tips. She was down to earth and nice. Thank you for being genuine!Our food was excellent, my favourite restaurant is normally Kelsey’s now chucks is hands down my number 1 now.First time I didn’t take a to go container with my food. We ate everything. Food was so juicy and flavourful.The restaurant it self was chill, calm atmosphere.Will be coming back again.Thank youThank you Nicola

Excellent service with even better management! Come here every week with my family and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive to anything I need! The deals here are ridiculous, can't beat an $8 burger and $4 beer. If you're looking for a place to have a good time, look no further.

The owner obviously doesn't care compared to before. Quality has gone down hill and I'm trying not to be "a Karen" but it's going to sound like it.First off, they need a regular bartender to take the pressure off the servers. Servers should not be making their drinks too; this helps the server's be successful, helps with quality control, consistency and will increase what people spend.This would probably be why the servers are running around and getting little accomplished. We waited forever for drinks which the mixed drink was terrible, never got our salads and when our food came out it was cold because it had been sitting waiting for someone to bring it out. Lobster was cold and rubbery, corn cob shriveled and soggy plus the steak was had barely any warmth to it.Then we had to go track down cutlery. The server was trying, I will give him credit for that. He apologized, went to get the steak sauce and didn't see him until he brought the bill.We asked to speak to management only because the meal was terrible and stone cold. That was interesting. He took the salad that we never got off the bill, gave a small discount 25 percent but said he'd remember us next time and make sure our meal is better. We told him we weren't coming back because we were already giving them another chance.Also we were there after their normal busy time, we weren't rude or nasty and our bill was still over 60.00. I've worked in the industry and realistically more should have been done; even a gift certificate to ensure a customer will most likely return.Lastly, not to be picky but the washrooms need to be cleaned up more regularly; not clean at all.We definitely won't be returning to this location, a big disappointed!

I have been a couple times and everytime has been awesome! The food is great with prices to match! The staff are super friendly, helpful and accommodated my needs as necessary! The manager sean was very attentive to the restaurant and our needs! I would highly recommend this location! Will definitely be back again and spreading the word!

I had one of the worst experiences in outside dining at Hamilton's Chuck's restaurant. First, you see no one at front door to assist with getting a table. You should randomly take a seat and wait for god forbid how long to get noticed. After ordering our food, it took them literally 43 minutes to bring the appetizer! And 10 more minutes for the food! The wings tastes like defrosted product from store, rolled in the sauce for few seconds. The fries were chewy as rubber sticks and the side sauce with the ribs was thin like water! After the food, when I got the bill, I paid a fair 15% tip to the server, and then noticed a 3% "Honest to Goodness fee!!!" already been charged in my bill! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Imagine going out for dinner when you have a baby sitter for the night to waste an hour and a half to not get our food? Yup that was our experience tonight! After 1.5 hours no food, and the excuse is that there was a large party. I’m sorry but I’ve been places with large parties and I’ve never waited that long. We ended up leaving and went elsewhere.. but this was extremely disappointing. This was our first time and certainly our last.

We had steak and lobster with Caesar salad for Valentines dinner. Decent sized portions and a fresh salad.

Good food and very reasonably priced. Our server Brianne had a full bar all by herself but still managed to attend to us in a very timely fashion. She was great! The manager on duty was very welcoming and friendly. Great experience overall. Will be coming back.

Came to check out Chuck's. Looked like a busy place because of all the people in there. Stood there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement then proceeded to sit at a table because a couple behind us did the same thing. Waited in the booth for 10 minutes before we were acknowledged with menus and a drink order. That was it the waitress brought our drinks and we did not see her again. One waiter was on his phone, probably on his break. Left money for drinks and left. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings, now there is a good place with good food.
