I’m going through chemo right now and the one food I can still enjoy is take out chicken fried rice. We always get our Chinese food from China Palace, have been for years. However my friend picked me up some at another take out place and I’m telling you… it didn’t even compare ! I cannot tell you guys how much I love your chicken fried rice. The quality and flavour are beyond any I’ve ever had. Please don’t ever change your recipe ! ?❤️
We were placing an order and we asked if you get a free dish with a certain dollar amount like some of the other restaurants do. He said no. We were completing the order and jokingly said we would still like something free and they hung up on us. Can't take a joke. Guess the jokes on us. Poor customer service, bad attitude Enjoy your review because that's the last one. I've used China Palace for over 40 yrs.
I really really REALLY enjoyed this Chinese food. The price for what I received was more than reasonable, the noodles were tasty, and portions were massive for what I ordered. They were really clear on directions when I came in to order and she brought it directly out to my car. Will be eating there again.
The owners are amazing. I forgot my wallet tonight. They still provided my order and I called to pay as soon as I got home. This is the best place for Chinese. I drive from brantford and used to go from Burlington just for this. Must try!!!!!
Our friends recommended this unassuming restaurant and we were not disappointed. Despite how busy this place was on NYE, my order was ready on time. Our family had their house-style Cantonese Chow Mein, Spring Rolls, and Sweet & Sour Chicken Chinese Style - the portions are generous, staff were friendly, and everything food was delicious! Would recommend if you're craving Western-style Chinese Food.
First time ordering at this restaurant, never again. Most rude person I ever met. He needs to learn some communication skills before operating a restaurant.
Didn’t even order, I was recommended this place and called for an order. Never in my life have I experienced someone as rude to their customers as the man who answered the phone. (assuming the owner)After he hung up on me, my mother tried to call and order because again, we were recommended this place and wanted to try it. Again he was incredibly rude to her as well. I was actually shocked he is treating his customers like that.
