Went with my dad after a ticats game recently. Great food and service. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. My dad had a chicken and pasta dish with side garden salad, very delicious. I had a large penne meat sauce. the large IS large, fantastic portions for the price of 11 dollars!! I would recommend the spaghetti over the penne though with the meat sauce. Overall, AMAZING food, great service, and just one of my favourite places in Hamilton to eat.

Absolutely amazing authentic cuisine. The pizza is so good had the stuffed pizza "No Self Respect" and was in heaven. Also had deep fried ravioli and garlic bread with cheese. Wife also had their home made cheesecake but no pics cause she divoured it lol. No words can justify it you have to try it for yourself. The staff was pleasant and the atmosphere was comfortable and it's a cute little gem ? . A must try 110%.

Delicious! All I expected and more, every single bite was full of flavour. Tiramisu was also a great experience, definitely will be back as many times as I can.

Stuffed pizza not what it once was. This is some very expensive pizza and I hadn't had it for a while until the other day. I can no longer justify the cost. Seemed much less dense than before.

We were a group of 12 who travelled from Toronto. Unfortunately they don’t take reservations so we had to wait 30-40 minutes to be seated. Fortunately, they have a long cushioned bench at the front for guests to sit and wait, with additional wooden benches outdoors to prevent overcrowding. Our waitress was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is small, cozy and dimly lit with A/C for a hot day. They have single washrooms per gender located downstairs, so us girls had to wait and take turns, but they were well kept and clean. There’s no parking lot, but there’s free 1 hour street-side parking adjacent to the restaurant at designated hours. Our group came here to try their Chicago style pizza. We ordered their Large Stuffed “Chicago Special” Pizza and Small Stuffed Pizza with Customized Toppings to share. My boyfriend and I were a bit disappointed with the Chicago style pizza as we thought it was overly saucy; the toppings were not distributed evenly; and crust was really basic. The ingredients however were fresh and Italian sausage was flavourful - one slice of pizza is enough to make an individual full. Their Mediterranean Salad was good but they forgot to add croutons… Their Appy Platter was also good and was piping hot - I liked their Battered Mushrooms better than their Breaded Cheese Ravioli. Their desserts were just okay as well, nothing special again. Their garlic bread was more on the plain side.Overall, a nice place to dine for dates or as a small family. Their menu is on the pricier side and I can’t say I recommend their pizza but I’d like to give their pastas try if we ever decide to dine here again.

This is a really special spot! Great service and food, I highly recommend their classic deep dish pizza. Something that seems so simple is actually such a fun twist on a classic dish. Staff is so friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

I take some friends to this place to have deep dish pizza. We were super hungry. The service was good, everybody nice, but for 1 regular pizza and one deep dish pizza took 51min. The pizza was delicious.

Being a big fan of Chicago deep dish pizza, this one sadly - was not. Had high hopes as this restaurant came highly recommended by a friend, and maybe, it was great once upon a time, but fans of "The Office" will understand when I say it was "Pizza by Alfredo" and NOT "Alfredo's Pizza Cafe " (Basically a hot mess.) If you like cheese and sauce, then hey, maybe it's your thing. To me, Chicago-style Pizza is literally a pie. Maybe it was too hot when they brought it to the table, but it literally looked like a plain cheese and sauce FLAT Pizza with a 2-inch high crust up the sides and I dont recall seeing any dough covering the top. Or, maybe it was there and it was lost in the extra can of sauce and block of cheese piled on top. I can't even think of a positive here. Maybe the friendly staff? Oh, and the car ride to and from the restaurant- great view of the city. Sorry, save your money. If you're in the area or from the area, then sure, this place will work in a pinch I guess. Otherwise, our experience was not at all memorable.

Really good pizza. There is other items on the menu that look and smell great but I've only had the pizza which is kinda the point. You have to be aware that the dining room is pretty small and if you are going for the stuffed pizza - the eponymous Chicago style pizza- it takes longer than you think it will. It just takes time to do it right. If you can get a reservation you really should. We've also got the pizza to go and ot holds up really well. You get what you pay for and sometimes good things take time. I feel it's worth it

Fantastic stuffed deep dish pizza!! Loved this quaint place. Parking can be found on the cross street. Great service, even with a packed house (tables are relatively close together so don't expect lots of elbow room). Even the toilets were super clean! We had garden salad, glass of wine and a "small" stuffed pizza (mushroom + pepperoni; just perfect). Definitely a keeper.
