Great portions, definitely keeps well for multiple meals. This restaurant made me fall in love with chickpeas. Lovely doubles, jerk chicken, and goat curry. Wonderful chutneys and marriage of strong flavours in the doubles. I'll NEVER find a jerk chicken as good as the ones here. It's beautifully seasoned and tender with a nice sweetness. The rice and peas and coleslaw pair really well. The goat curry in roti is also lovely, with very tender meat and a delicious yellow curry that makes every potato worth eating. Part of me wishes I had giant hands and a giant mouth so I could pick up the goat curry wrapped in roti and eat it like a burrito.I wish this place was bigger (so the lines don't get so long during busy times) and was open for more hours each week. Also, I am very sad that doubles aren't available every day and beef patties sell out so quick.

Sandra is a awesome owner and cook. I have been satisfying my Jamaican cuisine urges through her cooking for years now. Love her jerk chicken. The curried goat and potatoes is amazing. Roti's are unbelievable. Recommend that you at least try an item. But do it soon as the last time I spoke with Sandra she was thinking about hanging up the apron and closing up.

I've tried every option in and and around Hamilton and Sandra's roti is the best. Portion is huge prices are very fair for the portions. Goat is boneless! Chicken is juicy and tender. Beef melts in your mouth. it's a small place and busy around dinner. Call ahead if you can but when she's cooking she can't get the phone.

EDIT AFTER RESPONSE FROM OWNER: I know you just updated your google hours because 2 people checked your site today and NOTHING indicating your temporary closure was there!!! Which is why we mapped to your location! Your hours read ‘12pm- 8:30pm closed on Sunday and OPEN TODAY! Very rude response from the owner. Admit the screw up. Now I will never be a patron of this restaurant.Update your google page ad website so people don’t waste time and gas driving to location and your closed. VERY INCONVENIENT

Their Rotti & Curry Chicken with Rice are awesome. Great portion sizes and tasty. I will recommend 100%.Staff is always friendly, the only issue I have is that I have to keep on calling like I'm calling a radio station and many cases I just end up going to their location instead because the phone never gets picked up.Unfortunately they are closed until further notice. I called in for an order today and they are closed. Hopefully they open soon.

The best Carribean food in town with the best cooks. I have been coming here for over 10 years it seems and it is as excellent as the first day. Also it is always a pleasure to see the owner and her husband. Thank you for such wonderful food, the goat curry is my fav but the jerk chicken and oxtail are to die for. Don't forget about the hot sauce, it is intense but definitely worth it!

Best Roti I’ve had in Canada. That’s coming from a Jamaican that would know. Impossible sometimes to get to order but well worth the effort.

Delicious food specially jerk chicken and doubles.Friendly staffGood quality along quantityLong waiting time due to heavy orders, but their food taste and aroma compensate our time spent in waiting. There is no bad experienceSmall problem is they don’t accept credit card payment.

Hi folks! Chef Derek here.... with another review. This place doesn't need a review from me, as any of you who have ate here before already know. The food this lady serves is excellent! Upon opening the lid of your meal and seeing it & having the first mouthful. You can instantly tell the food your tasting is full of great old fashion skill . Her food is fabulous really, it plain to see the person who made your food cares about what is coming put of the kitchen. If i had more than two thimbs to put up i would. A tip for the new comers who have nkt yet tried the food here. Call ahead. Its busy. Might be a bit of a wait at times, however i can assure you it is worth the wait. Enjoy everyone. Be safe out there, remember be kind and tip your staff if you can. Take care ?

I've lived in the Concession area for more than a year and only recently tried this place and I'm mad I didn't go sooner. My husband and I split a veggie roti for a grand total of $9 and we had enough leftover for lunch the next day. Not only was the roti huge, it was delicious - tasted fresh and homemade. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but if you're willing to plan ahead it's worthwhile!
