If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order for 1 burrito for pick-up on Uber Eats. Within 15 minutes the app said that the order was ready for pick-up. My partner went inside to pick-up the order. After waiting 20 minutes they asked about the status of the order and got a blank stare from an employee with no answer. Looking around everyone else had been waiting for their orders for far too long as well. After asking 3 times where the order was it had now been 40 minutes since the order was said to be ready. They put it on the grill for 20 more minutes making it an hour since it was said to have been ready. I got the order and it was terrible. I should have just asked for a refund there but they said it was on the grill, I didn't know that would mean it would take 20 more minutes. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had.

ordered food via doordash and the chips and salsa were delicious as they were with my previous order from this restaurant, however my steak burrito had a hair in the meat. the meat also was extremely chewy and had a disgusting texture. not impressed :-(

Got the spicy pulled pork burrito. Honestly the rest of the ingredients were fine, the pulled pork however was incredibly dry and parts of it were what I imagine it's like to chew on spruce wood chips. Definitely not ideal.
I honestly was shocked at how good the burrito that I got was!They put the perfect amount of toppings and it was prepared so quickly and so well.It was seriously the best burrito I've ever had!

Possibly found our new go-to burrito place? When you order a huge burrito- be prepared that it really is going to be huge. Expected what most burrito places do where if you don’t get the largest size you’re practically getting snack size and are left wanting more. It was a LOT of food. Couldn’t finish the last few bites, which was really sad. (Should’ve weighed it to get the actual amount but it was bigggg)Super tasty. All the toppings you need. Guaq is not extra to the looks of it either. We’ll prepared and the service was nice as well!Only gripe: I ordered the spicy pulled pork, and although very spicy when paired with medium hot sauce (nose running and tears fallingly-so) the pulled pork was a little dry in my opinion, but not enough for me to not want to go back. Next time I might try the chicken and steak or something.My husband ordered basa fish and when I tried a bite it was delicious- so this small negative does not at all offset the overall rating. Maybe I’d do 4.5 stars? But regardless. Still very good.Also the Mexican fries are great because they put seasonings on them. We were worried they’d be just fries. They were not. Served with sour cream. **chefs kiss** very good.Hefty portion sizes, good service, enough options to customize to your taste, fries did not disappoint.

Excellent place !! Great flavour and good portion size . The tofu stir fry is done excellent .
