I’ve been going to Buddy’s for a long time and this was the last time. I ordered a sub and gyros, the onions smelled bad so I called to let them know and was basically called a liar. I am not a liar the onions were not good, I returned my order and my house still smells of bad onions.I did not ask for a refund, my word is worth more than the $45.00 cost. It’s the principle, I am not a LIAR.I will never order from Buddy’s again
The food is amazing and the staff are even better, they do deliver don’t go through the apps they lose a lot of money ?
I have been going there 2-3 times a month and my last visit will be my last. Nothing to do with the subs but the service. My last visit the other day I was treated with extreme disrespect and the unprofessionalism the lady showed as I was trying to get my order correct was extremely unnecessary. Sub was made incorrectly and she told me she “assumed” it was the toppings I wanted, which was not the case. I said well you should not assume and that was it, she became rude and unprofessional. I ended up cancelling the entire order and walking out. Owner has always been good but did not speak up as this was unfolding feet away from him. Will not be back, sad this is how they will treat customers that frequent their establishment 2-3 times a month and at least $40 each visit.
My kids and I got dinner tonight, sub,wrap,burgers and fries. So good, extremely fresh. We can’t wait to go back.
Hands down the best gyro in town! The super gyro is more food than you can handle and it very cheap for the size! I get a gyro here every time I get the craving! Best in Hamilton for sure!
